A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GEOTECHNICAL / CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TESTING TECHNICIAN
Working under the immediate supervision of a registered professional engineer, you work as a team member alongside site managers, general contractors, and engineers to perform the required inspection or sampling services at various environmentally regulated solid waste landfill construction projects. You monitor general contractor activities, onsite testing, and reporting of earthwork and soil construction as well as geosynthetic baseliner, closure cap, piping, and gas extraction systems. In addition, you actively collect concrete, soil, and other site materials for testing in order to ensure construction standards and specifications are being met.

Key Duties
* Follow the directions and instructions of the Quality Control Manager.
* Conduct sampling and testing in accordance with applicable SCDOT, AASHTO, and ASTM standards.
* Perform daily equipment verifications as instructed by the Quality Control Manager.

The critical role of Food Quality Assurance Coordinator will perform food quality, food safety, and physical safety audits as required per the requirements of the USMC contract.
This is an on-site position that will rotate among the military base dining facilities which include mess halls, kitchens, loading docks, bathroom facilities.
What You'll DoResponsible to the Quality Assurance Manager for performing the projects Quality Control and Safety Programs.
Maintains close working relationship with the Mess Hall managers and subcontractors on all quality and safety issues.
Maintains liaison with the Base Quality Assurance Evaluators (QAE) and other customer representatives on project performance and service matters.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team at Seoyon E-HWA Manufacturing Savannah, a leading manufacturer of automotive interior parts. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality, safety, and functionality. This role involves inspecting materials, in-process products, and finished goods, as well as collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure continuous improvement. Candidates must be willing and able to perform duties at the client site as part of their responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Inspect automotive interior parts to ensure conformance to product specifications and quality standards.
Perform both visual and dimensional inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Conduct functional testing to verify that parts meet performance requirements.
Identify defects or deviations from product specifications and document findings accurately.
Record inspection results, track non-conformities, and maintain detailed reports for compliance and traceability.
Communicate quality issues to production staff and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of inspection procedures and work instructions.
Work closely with the production team to resolve quality concerns, improve processes, and maintain high levels of product consistency.
Perform audits on raw materials and finished products to ensure consistency in quality across all production stages.
Support internal and external audits as required.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Quality Control or Engineering is a plus.
Previous experience in quality inspection, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of automotive interior parts and components.
Proficiency with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, TS16949, or similar.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects or deviations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
Basic knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement techniques.
