Candidates cannot be color blind Candidates must be physically able to perform inspections in a manufacturing environment, including the operation of overhead cranes, jibs, and forklifts, after undergoing company training Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office business software Detail-oriented, accurate, and thorough Preferred candidate qualifications: Current AWS Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) with NDE Level II credentials (VT/PT/MT/UT) or the ability to quickly acquire NDE Level II credentials with company-provided training. Review and validate First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation, including completeness, traceability, and compliance. Ensure the protection and preservation of inspected products for subsequent processing and shipment. Verify applicable shipping documentation for legibility and completeness, including part number, serial number, configuration change letter, and shipping destination. Required Qualifications: Extensive experience as a Quality Inspector or CMM Operator, with industry and commodity-specific expertise. Proficiency in dimensional inspection of precision tolerance parts. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with all inspection tools. Ability to understand and interpret complex GD&T requirements and validate complex assemblies.
