    Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required. In-Home Usage Testing is a quick, easy and fun way to make extra cash by telling big brands what you think about their upcoming products and services in the American market. Main Duties: Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.) Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.) Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses) There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project Requirements: Ability to follow specific instructions Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit Be able to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine Have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection Have access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures -Be honest and reliable -Good communication skills are an asset -18 years or older A paid Product Tester position is perfect for those looking for an entry-level opportunity, flexible or seasonal work, temporary work or part-time work. Level Definition Position Title: Quality Assurance Analyst I Grade: E03 Additional Job Requirements: This is an entry level position working under close supervision. Provides assistance to higher level staff. Additional Duties: Identify, develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases in accordance with functional requirements and technical specifications. Validate application functionality meets the client's requirements, including data accuracy, visual presentation, and alignment with design specifications. Record and report in detail all defects in the defect module within JIRA. Effectively communicate with developers and clientele to isolate core issues causing system defects. Evaluate incoming client requests for prioritization against backlog - providing input/clarity and on testing requirements and document level of effort estimates per request. Minimum Qualifications: Required: * A combination of relevant work experience and/or education sufficient to perform the duties of the job may substitute to meet the total years required on a year-for-year basis High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science or relevant field. * Minimum of three (3) years of experience in quality assurance, product/project management, configuration/development, business systems analysis, monitoring, or other related experience. * Preferred: IT Project Experience. Software Test Certifications. Project Management Professional (PMP and/or PMP-ACP). Agile Certified Professional (ACP), IC Agile, LEAN Six Sigma. Certified Scrum Master (SAFE Certification). Applications, Programming, and Software certifications desirable. ITIL Certification (V3 or 4), Foundation, Practitioner, Intermediate, Expert, Managing Professional, Strategic Leader, Master. Telecommunications experience. Other telecom industry or job specific certifications. Required at ALL Levels DRIVING REQUIREMENTS: This position may require access to reliable transportation for occasional travel between retail store locations, offices, worksites, or other locations as needed. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is primarily sedentary, requiring daily routine computer usage. Occasional business travel required. Ability to work shifts as assigned, work in standard office/home office setting, and operate standard office equipment. Ability to accurately communicate information and ideas to others effectively. Physical agility and effort sufficient to perform job duties safely and effectively. Ability to make valid judgments and decisions. Available to work additional time on weekends, holidays, before or after normal work hours when necessary. Must work well in a team environment and be able to work with a diverse group of people and customers. Virtual workers must comply with remote work policies and agreements. Due to business needs employees may be contacted outside of the core business hours to respond to the immediate emergency.
