We are seeking a Test Analyst to support our AI&T team to develop and support the end-to-end integration and test activities for complex defense systems. This role is responsible for executing multi-system build, integration, and verification phases, ensuring all hardware and software components meet design intent, performance requirements, and military standards. The Test Analyst will serve as the primary test design specialist within the AI&T team, interfacing directly with the AI&T Cross Product Team Lead, Test engineers, leadership, and government customers.
Key Responsibilities
Support the AI&T strategy from early planning through final system acceptance, ensuring compliance with program requirements and DoD standards.
Design, develop, and apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and other statistical testing methodologies to maximize test coverage and efficiently explore the system's Author detailed, statistically sound documentation, including test plans, test objectives, test methodology, and evaluation criteria, ensuring compliance with Department of War (DoW) test and evaluation (T&E) processes.
Supervise and support data collection of dry-run events and run for record
Lead post-test data analysis reviews.
Thorough operating knowledge of statistical programs such as JMP, SPSS, MATLAB, Python, and MS Excel:
Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for integration and test anomalies.
Assist in the development of performance reviews and stakeholder update meetings.
Setup, deploy, and operate test instrumentation, data collection systems, DOE/STAT tools
Mentor Systems/Test Engineers on DOE methods
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Ops Research, Physics, or Computer Science (advanced degree preferred).
5 years T&E experience with DoW acquisition programs
2+ years of demonstrated experience applying DOE and statistical analysis techniques to real-world engineering or complex system testing
Understanding of system engineering/test processes, requirements verification, and test methodologies.
Thorough understanding of DODI 5000.01-02 and service level test instruction
U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multi-domain systems (RF, EO/IR, propulsion, comms, satellite systems etc.).
Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., IBM DOORS) and test data management tools.
Advanced Degree in Operational Research/Statistics.
Strong decision-making, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.

The PSID Quality Analyst is responsible for reviewing Reports of Investigation (ROIs) to ensure high quality ADC LTD NM background investigations and to improve the technical knowledge of PSID employees by identifying and resolving problems. A successful Quality Analyst must follow ADC LTD NM and PSID policies and procedures and meet the following expectations:
Essential Tasks (minimum requirements) to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation:
Model ADC LTD NM's core values, policies and procedures and ensure that the same are supported at all times.
Perform quality control reviews of ROIs, attachments, Case Assignment Sheets, previously reviewed ROIs, and material uploaded by investigators (ROIs, attachments, field notes, etc.).
Analyze information from multiple investigation documents, ROIs and attachments to determine if all requirements have been met in accordance with the Federal Investigative Standards (FIS), Expandable Focused Investigation Model (EFIM), contractual documents, such as writing guides, and PSID guidance.

Key job responsibilities

- Serve as the site expert for maintaining automation systems critical to operations
