They will work closely with cross-functional teams - including developers, creative designers, and product managers to create, execute and maintain a combination of manual and automated test scripts. Their work will contribute directly to delivering seamless and superior digital purchasing experiences to our customers. Daily Tasks Performed: 1. Understand the functionality of the core digital retailing platform as well as integrations 2. Support the Life Cycle process of assuring the quality of the Digital Channels through proper Test Management methodology and best practices 3. Review business requirements, system documentation, and project assets to create robust, accurate, usable test artifacts (test strategy, test plans, test cases, and automated scripts, reports) to ensure results align with business needs 4. Lead and assist application testing team members in the development and execution of test cases, scripts, and procedures when necessary 5. Create or assist in creating, socializing, and presenting test approaches, test artifacts, testing processes, and test metrics with appropriate teams 6. Help drive the adoption and consistent usage of industry-standard quality best practices, testing methodologies, and the maturity of the Continuous Testing Framework 7. Publishes and socializes testing results and metrics to enable business decisions and promote continuous improvement 8. Participate in and/or lead test case reviews, user stories, risk assessments, requirement reviews, sprint reviews, backlog grooming sessions, and retrospectives 9. Prepare test data and ensures readiness of the test environment before test execution 10. Consolidate and report QA deliverables including defects identified, test execution results, and test coverage to management team. 11. Work with performance and automation testing team members to assist in identifying testing scenarios to be created for target applications - Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status - Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the business needs - Documents all problems and assists in their resolution - Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners - Performs quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed. Test Specialist: As a Test Specialist, you will be responsible for building and executing test setups with test engineers for both prototype and production systems. You will configure hardware, manage documentation, and ensure test data integrity. You will be hands-on with instrumentation and collaborate closely with engineers to maintain smooth test operations. This is an exciting role in a fast-paced startup environment with a team dedicated to bringing enrichment back to US soil. Responsibilities: Set up test fixtures, connect instruments, and prepare hardware for scheduled test runs. Execute test scripts under supervision and record results accurately. Organize and maintain test documentation, logs, and equipment calibration records. Assist in troubleshooting and handle component swaps or fixture adjustments. Clean and maintain the test lab, ensuring safety and readiness for future testing. Support inventory tracking, calibration, and requisition of test supplies and spares. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency certificate 5+ years experience in test setups or technician support roles. Familiarity with instrumentation like multimeters and oscilloscopes. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Knowledge of test safety procedures and EHS standards. Preferred Skills and Experience: Mechanical skills, including hands-on troubleshooting and assembly. Able to read blueprints and complete basic shop math. Able to work independently and problem-solve efficiently with minimal supervision. Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team. Willingness to provide constructive feedback to the engineering and production teams to improve tooling designs, processes, and parts. Able to stay organized with strong attention to detail. Basic scripting or automation familiarity (Python, LabVIEW). Experience managing test inventory or supplies. This position ensures that all investigations and/or any special studies are adequately and appropriately documented and reported in the batch records. This position also performs the disposition of Miscellaneous Materials (Primary/Secondary Components, Labeling Components and Chemicals (Excipients/Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) used in Production Operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Percentage of Time · Responsible for the Batch Record review of products for commercial distribution products, validation lots, pilot lots and media fills. Reviews the associated batch record documentation including but not limited to sterilization records, equipment charts, supporting validation reports. Verifies the acceptability of investigation reports, change controls, holds and chemical and microbiological testing. 50 % · Works with all facets of the company including technical representatives from Operations, Validation, QA and QC to assure that batch record entries are properly performed following cGDP / cGMP and that all issues are resolved in a timely fashion and that any special studies performed in manufacturing are accurately documented and reported. 10 % · Approves and Dispositions components, raw materials and finished products utilizing the LIMS and the ERP systems 10 % · Provides accurate and technical feedback regarding the review status of batches and works closely with the Planning and Distribution management to track Company performance in regards to Monthly Release Commitments. 10 % · Assists management of QA Product Release in the preparation of the APR sub-reporting. 10% · Issues, Reviews, evaluates, revises, and/or approves miscellaneous documentation including but not limited to gDRs, gCAPAs, Holds, gCCM's and SOP's. 10 % Position Requirements: · Education Required: High School Diploma/GED · Experience with 1 to 3 years' experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. · Good computer skills and ability to work with all levels of personnel. · Must be skilled at problem solving analysis and Report writing. · Education Preferred: 4-year degree in Science or Life Science field.
