Foster a culture of automation proficiency among the team members and empower them to troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues. Troubleshooting: Respond to automation-related incidents and perform root cause analysis to resolve system malfunctions promptly. Implement preventive maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and longevity of automation equipment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 3+ years direct automation experience required executing capital projects in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in automation technologies, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA systems, and robotics.
