In parallel, the Analyst is responsible for key components of the Third-Party Risk Management Program, including initial due diligence, contract management, onboarding, and ongoing oversight to ensure external partners meet regulatory and contractual standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct second-line compliance monitoring and testing to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and the Compliance Management System (CMS). Execute risk assessments to evaluate the Company's adherence to federal and state consumer financial laws and internal policies. Evaluate third-party compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements through structured risk reviews during due diligence, onboarding and on an ongoing basis, managing multiple reviews in parallel. Analyze results and data trends to identify root causes of compliance issues and recommend corrective actions. Participate in testing activities related to internally driven changes in products, services, or processes as part of the Company's change management procedures or those due to regulatory change.
