Position Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust Python script
Utilize Cucumber / Gherkin for behavior-driven development to create clear and concise test scenarios
Experience with tools like Git, Jira, or an equivalent for version control and project tracking
Experience with test frameworks to design, implement, and execute comprehensive testing solutions
Create, plan, and execute a test cycle

This Manual UAT tester will be joining the Business Integration team within Customer Operations. This group is working on an initiative called MVNO (mobile virtual network operator). In other words, this initiative focuses on SMB mobile customers where they will utilize T-Mobile infrastructure/network and Charter will provide the customer service (MVNO). The ideal candidate will have prior experience with daily testing execution, creating test cases, and using cases based on requirements that have been written by other teams. This team runs monthly deployments with a 3 week testing cycle (new update once a month released and 3 weeks dedicated to testing). Each person is handling 10-12 mobile projects per month with a defect triage being done per project (reviewing reported bugs and which need to be fixed before release). Because this team is handling multiple tasks at a time, the team is looking for someone that has worked in a fast paced environment and team oriented. Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in Plastic Injection and/or Blow Molding is desired.
Must have working knowledge of the FDA 21 CFR Part 820 Quality System Regulation.
Working knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 Standard is preferred.
Current certified ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor certificate is preferred.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office suite and experience with imputing data into database systems is a must. Proficiency in SAP is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager in developing and maintaining a complete, comprehensive, and compliant quality management system that supports the manufacture and sourcing of medical products in FDA product device classes I and II and Health Canada Class I; currently excluding FDA Device Class III and Health Canada Device Class II, III, IV products.
Assists the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Manager with medical device company compliance to various regulatory agencies and regulations; specifically, the FDA and Health Canada: QSR and applicable cGMP's, AMMI Sterilization Standards, OSHA, EPA and other federal, state and local regulatory agencies.
Assists Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager in the compliance and maintenance of the quality management system.
Provides the quality engineering function assuring that products meet their intended use through product specification, continuous evaluation, and data analysis.
Provides the company-wide training in statistical techniques and quality science.
Directs technical and administrative personnel engaged in quality assurance activities.
