Plan, execute, and automate HIL test cases using tools such as dSPACE, NI, Vector, or equivalent systems. Create test scripts, perform fault injection, and ensure BMS compliance with safety and performance requirements. Analyze system behavior, debug issues, and implement corrective actions across embedded software and hardware. Work closely with cross-functional teams including systems engineering, hardware, validation, and controls. Support integration testing for HV battery packs, modules, and EV subsystems.
