**Description:** The primary functions of this position are:

Manage inspectors primarily in the manufacturing of printed circuit assemblies but may also support cable assembly, sub\-assembly and final integration\. Responsible for coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions\. Will be responsible for inspection metrics \(quality, cost, schedule\) as well as driving process improvements\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Must have knowledge in Electronics Manufacturing\.

• IPC 610/620 training/certification\.

• Strong analytical ability to identify trends for root cause and corrective action\.

• Must possess full spectrum leadership imperatives and competencies in order to deliver results, shape the future, build relationships, energize the team, and model personal excellence\.

• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite \(Word, Excel, Power Point\)

• Ability to work first shift from 6:00am\-4:00pm \(weekend coverage is required\)

IPC and/or NASA certifications

The Junior Program Quality Manager will maintain the contract's Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) using industry best practices.

HOW THE JUNIOR PROGRAM QUALITY MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

* Maintain the contract's Quality Management Plan in accordance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) using industry best practices.
* Apply quality control principles to establish and maintain processes for evaluating deliverables and associated documentation.
* Perform daily oversight of support staff for all quality functions.
* Work with project teams to close out identified gaps and non-conformances
* Create and maintain various reports (e.g., program reviews, metrics reports, status reports, audit reports, schedules, etc.)
* Report and Escalate quality inspection findings and quality metrics to management team.

Required Experience:

* 5+ years of experience in process improvement/quality assurance and knowledge of SLA best practices to provide oversight for developing and verifying SLAs.

Required Skills and Abilities:

* Knowledge of SLA best practices to provide oversight for developing and verifying SLAs
* Knowledge of IT systems to enable collaboration with Infrastructure Operations and application development and maintenance team members on root cause analysis of quality issues for all systems.
* Demonstrated experience in the use of Scrum and Agile.
