Oversee unique jobs to ensure product standards are met, i.e., jobs that have restrictive specifications or require large quantities of material to be delivered. Perform aggregates and batch plants tests including daily graduation and moisture tests on all concrete being produced for State and spec projects. Certify concrete loads being delivered to "spec" jobs in accordance with SHA specifications; check loads for proper procedure and time of mixing. Perform quality assurance tests on trial batches of new concrete mix designs under close tolerance conditions and make adjustments until mixture meets specifications. Troubleshoot problems with customers, analyze and evaluate specific conditions, situations, quantities, etc., and provide appropriate resolution. Provide technical assistance and training to plant managers, equipment and yard operators, and drivers when requested. Perform laboratory tests including gradation, moisture, lightweight particles and specific gravity tests on aggregates. Select samples for materials that need certification by an outside laboratory or that are beyond the department capability. Transport these samples to the testing agency. Perform additional tasks such as cleaning facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness, moving equipment and materials, and completing tasks for other positions when incumbent is absent. Controls to be assessed and the assessment procedure for each control. Tasks to be accomplished, dependencies, time allocated per task, and resources allocated for each task. The CAP shall identify all system access, demonstrations, interviews, or other accommodations needed by the assessment team prior to control assessments. CAPs for systems and common controls in ongoing authorization shall ensure that all applicable controls are assessed within a three-year cycle. Control Assessments Ensure that control assessors maintain independence and avoid potential or perceived conflicts of interest with respect to the control assessments. Work with system owners, support teams, developers, vendors, and other stakeholders as necessary to conduct control assessments for all security and privacy controls described in the CAP. Control assessments shall be conducted in accordance with NIST SP 800-53A (current version) or NIST SP 800-171A (current version) guidance, and will include assessments of technical, operational, and management controls. Document the results of each control assessed, to include the outcome of the assessment and the artifacts or evidence evaluated to support the assessment result. Include in each control assessment a review of control selections for each system or common control provider, validating control inheritance decisions, and control overlays. Control Assessment Reports and Authorization Package Support Support the finalization of the A&A package by providing a summary of the control assessment findings in a Control Assessment Report (CAR). The CAR shall describe the risk associated with all findings resulting from the control assessment and recommendations for correcting any deficiencies. The CAR shall include a statement from the control assessor summarizing the overall risk to the Board of operating the system or service as it relates to the authorization to operate decision. Participate in issue resolution discussions and authorization briefings to describe control deficiencies and necessary remedial actions to stakeholders and authorization officials. Post Authorization Assessment Develop a post-authorization assessment process for internally developed systems intended to validate the carryover of specific controls from development or test environments into production. Carry out the post-authorization review and include the results as an addendum to the CAR. Control Monitoring Impact Analysis Complete Security Impact Analysis (SIAs) to determine the security impact associated with changes to Board information systems. The SIA shall identify the risk associated with the change, identify any impacted security controls, and define applicable control assessment procedures to verify that impacted controls are still in place and operating as intended. Ongoing Control Assessments Assess a selected subset of the technical, management, and operational controls employed by the Board information systems and common control providers in accordance with the Board's continuous monitoring strategy. Annually, develop a report to summarize the results of the control assessments of systems in ongoing authorization conducted throughout the fiscal year. This annual report shall identify any systemic risks, lessons learned, or recommendations based on the results of control assessments and A&A activities. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, architectural, mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent work experience. * Active certification with the Army Corps of Engineers- Construction Quality Management for Contractors or an inactive certification that needs to be refreshed within 3 months of hire. * OSHA-10 certification. * 2 years of data center construction experience minimal. * Motivated self-starter familiar with the QC process including developing a site-specific QC Program and establishing the 4 phases of control * Ability to communicate effectively with the HITT Project Team and our clients. * Adequate knowledge in the CSA and MEP disciplines. * Adequate knowledge of building codes, NFPA-70E, and the NEC. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). * Excellent written and verbal skills. * Proficient document control skills.     This position is responsible for manufacturing product by vialing detection/capture antibodies, calibrators, or assembling antibody set products. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for preparing manufacturing records, dilution and blending of anitbody/calibrator materials, assemble vial sets, and printing of labels as instructed by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in order to produce final goods products for MSD customers. Performs peer review of product labels prior to vialing as the first quality check in the production process. May operate automated vialing, bottling, labeling, or lyphilizing equipment May handle BSL-2 reagents to produce calibrator products. Provides input to improve routine manufacturing processes that provide for better quality and quantity of products. Participates in 5S initiatives by maintaining and improving laboratory tidiness and efficiency. Completes appropriate documentation to support process and production procedures including data entry and batch records and daily maintenance and documentation of all production equipment Participates in general laboratory maintenance including maintaining laboratory cleanliness, supplies and equipment to include but not limited to: preparing, maintaining and reporting reagent inventories, maintain pipette calibration schedules, participating in year-end physical inventory, and defrosting freezers. Employees may qualify for a discretionary or non-discretionary bonus in addition to their base salary.
