Start Date: This internship is set to begin on either May 11th or June 15th, 2026 for a duration of 10-12 weeks - dependent upon student availability per academic calendars.
Compensation & Relocation: Our undergraduate Quality internships offer an hourly rate between $21.50 - $28.75 dependent upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). Additionally, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000 if necessary. Student must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.

Essential Functions:
Image deposit account documentation received from the business units ensuring the documents have required information for indexing. Index CIF and account level documentation into the central repository for proper organization, accessibility, and audit readiness.
Review set up of Customer Information Records for new customers established in the Banking system by Bank staff ensuring accuracy, integrity and required source documentation for customer titling.
Reviews all deposit account setups for accuracy and completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures to minimize risk to the bank and identify fraudulent activity (account types include but not limited to Corporate, Minor (NYUTMA), Funeral/Burial, Representative Payee and Trust accounts).
Confirms that Branch staff have submitted proper Customer Information Program (CIP) paperwork for all new customers as well as existing customers that have not previously been verified. Verifies each CIP form submitted for the required five (5) points of ID as required by the Anti Money Laundering Policy.
Verifies that all required Beneficial Ownership is identified, captured in the system and has appropriately filled out paperwork to meet the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements; Works with the BSA staff to identify and resolve issues in order to comply with required standards.
Utilizes the ancillary systems within the Bank's core system to track missing source documents related to maintenance performed to the customer information file and missing CIP forms. Collaborate with Branch staff on efficiencies to reduce the occurrence of missing documents. Analyzes resubmitted documents to ensure requirements are met.
Review Reports as required to confirm that all source documents have been submitted for maintenance performed, (i.e. name changes, address changes and relationship additions and removals) and maintains appropriate documentation retention schedule.
Verifies and maintains documentation related to Stop Payments and Holds on accounts, and. removes items that do not have appropriate documentation.
Conduct miscellaneous reviews and analysis as needed, utilizing a variety of system generated reports to ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Pay: Starting pay for this position is $17/hr.
Schedule: Please keep in mind that all locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need.

General qualifications and requirements
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment

The QC Technician is responsible for the inspection and testing of materials and finished products at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure they comply with all applicable laws, industry codes & standards, as well as Company and Customer specifications/standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain inspection reports.
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications.
Maintain calibration of quality control equipment.
Perform inspections across all stages of production.
Prepare and maintain test data for review.
Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards.
Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly.
Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Solid understanding of measuring, inspection and test equipment.
Minimum of 2-5 years of inspection and/or production experience in the metals fabrication industry.
Visual weld and welding inspection experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel.
Strong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. (minimum required visual acuity - 20/20 corrected or uncorrected)
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Parallel Employment Group in partnership with an aerospace manufacturer in East Aurora is looking for Quality control inspectors to join the team. In this role the Quality Inspector ensures all assigned inspections are properly completed and documented in compliance with established policies and procedures and corresponding inspection forms and reports are properly executed prior to releasing products for use.
Shifts available: 1st and 2nd shift
Pay Rate $18.50 to $24.50
Responsibilities
Use and interpret work instructions and associated documents to ensure conformity of product.
Performs final inspection of the product.
Ensure all assigned inspections are properly completed in compliance with established policies and procedures and corresponding inspection records, reports, and forms are properly executed prior to releasing products.
When necessary, create nonconforming material reports.
Performing analysis, inspection, troubleshooting, and testing of products or components identified as non-conforming during an in-process and final inspection.
Maintain inspection equipment, ensuring that it is used within the calibration cycle, and is in good working condition.
Identify areas for improvement and participate in continuous improvement projects.
Prepare accepted product for use by appropriately labeling product to indicate status and printing unique device identification labels as necessary.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years' experience in Quality Inspection role
Proficient in all aspects of inspection including using and maintaining all inspection equipment
Experience with reading inspection processes and interpreting engineering drawings required
Expertise in the application and use of gauges and inspection equipment
Strong communication, organizational, documentation and time management skills
