JOB DESCRIPTION
Quality Tech will conduct routine quality inspections throughout production, including in-process and final inspections of new machinery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
QC inspection of all new equipment.
Conduct reviews of checklists for compliance with equipment specification standards per customer purchase agreements.
Is a liaison between production and engineering for technical updates.
Will participate in overflow part quality check as needed for machining operation.
Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
Record and maintain documentation of all machinery inspections.
Work with the safety committee to ensure continuous compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and standards.
Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend solutions.

Maintain Wash Key Reporting - Service Report

Conduct Technical & Chemistry basic training with appropriate location personnel
Maintain accurate and up-to-date computer files (SF, Portal, Google & CTM) of customers and their issues

Customer Expansion:
Identify areas of opportunity for our account, conduct an initial intake discussion and communicate to sales management

Understanding of instrument and control systems including transmitters, programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and instrument loops (4-20mA). Knowledge of flow meters, pressure probes, temperature probes, and level probes.
Understanding of PLC logic and software platforms for I/O testing such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Motorola.
Knowledge in troubleshooting.
Understanding and disciplined to writing, submitting clear corrective work orders for approval and follow up upon request.
Properly uses electrical test equipment and similar tools.
Understanding of electrical wiring and testing of both DC and AC up to 480 volts.
Understanding of circuits and relays.
Visually verifies the Bill of Materials to the field device.
Has familiariity in navigating specifictions and drawings.
Visually verifies, tests electronically, and traces all wire origins and designations for accuracy and correct wire tags.
Ability to power up and test 120 VAC, 24VDC, and 480V voltage electrical systems
(consistent with OSHA and NEC electrical safety practices).
Ability to work extended hours when required.
Displays good communication skills. with team, trade partners, and customers.

Chemical Technician
plays a critical role in our engagement and customer longevity. Site Preventative Care & troubleshooting:
Titration of product as needed
Volumemetrics for product as needed

Monitor customer levels and responsible for Chemical Inventory & replenishment orders placed at sites under responsibility
Maintain Wash Key Reporting - Service Report
Conduct NCS Site Surveys using the template

Maintain accurate and up-to-date computer files (SF, Portal, Google & CTM) of customers and their issues
