Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend solutions. Collaborate and train production staff in quality control procedures and standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes. Communicate quality control findings and recommendations to management. The Quality Melt Lab Technician position is responsible for monitoring all aspects of product quality, from incoming raw materials to the finished product, and reports results to appropriate management personnel. Schedule: * Leprino Foods is a 24/7 operating facility; the employee must be willing and able to work on days or nights. The current vacancy is on the night shift, from 4:00pm-4:30am. We have a 12-hour schedule which has a 2-2-3 rotation that allows for every other weekend off. * After training is complete, new hires will be assigned a regular schedule on the next available shift. Pay Rate: * $24.03 per hour * $1.00 per hour weekend differential for all hours worked Saturday & Sunday * $0.75 shift differential for all evening hours worked between 6pm - 6am any day of the week Job Responsibilities: * Test product performance, including bulk grading, melt, measure, ribbon dimension and temperature.
