JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Proficient in cGMP practices in all aspects of laboratory assignments

· Perform routine testing and basic troubleshooting

· Represent QC and serve as a point of contact for manufacturing and other departments

· Perform microbiological and chemical assays according to established procedures

· Share responsibilities with a team to accomplish all testing needed for QC samples

· Participate in routine projects

· Assist in data trending, data review, lab maintenance, training of new personnel

· Collect data, enter data, and generate reports from electronic systems.

· Initiate, compile, and perform lab investigations that include reviewing documents, conducting internal and external interviews, and tracking information.

· All employees with jobs that require access to the Warehouse must be able to pass the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Security Threat Assessment (STA).

· Follows established safety and environmental guidelines and procedures for all work performed. Immediately reports safety and environmental incidents including injuries, illnesses, near misses, and safety suggestions. Fosters a positive safety culture in which no one gets hurt.

We are currently seeking a Quality Control Analyst.

Please note this role will be based in the corporate office (not a branch).

The QC Analyst will be responsible for conducting quality assurance and review of all new accounts, daily transaction activities and account maintenance performed by the Commercial Real Estate Banking - Depository team to ensure data accuracy, compliance with government requirements, federal & state laws and regulations, risk mitigation and company policies & procedures.

+ Responsibilities include Quality Control reviews, identify risk and remediation and follow up with client on BSA's Request For Information request.

+ Client servicing, problem solving, new account opening, account maintenance and research.

+ Quality control reviews on new accounts opened, account maintenance performed and transactions processed by the Premier Client Service team

+ Research, review and follow up with client on BSA Request For Information

+ Must have prior banking experience

+ New account openings, account maintenance, filing/ document scanning, research etc. Assist with client servicing when assistance is needed

+ Bachelor's degree

+ Candidate must be familiar with BSA/AML requirements for new account documentation review and boarding

+ Candidate must be service oriented, solution driven individual and familiar with BSA/AML and other operations compliance

Job Description

The Quality Control (QC) Analyst will work both independently and within a team to perform daily analysis of in-process samples, finished product and raw materials via established test methods while following cGMP and GDP in the QC laboratory. Typical analysis consists of pH, Osmolality, ELISA, PCR, Sterility, UV/Vis spectroscopy and other general chemical and bioanalytical assays.

Principal Responsibilities
Conducts routine analysis of in-process samples, finished products, and raw materials according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Master Specifications.Utilizes proper aseptic technique during the execution of analysis.Performs stability testing according to established schedules.Documents and investigates any OOS results.Document and investigation any deviation from established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Follows cGMP and GDP to perform all tasks.Documents and assesses data against established specifications.Perform inventory, stock and clean QC laboratories.Perform QC review of data records.

Department specific/Non-essential responsibilities:
Assist with calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment.May perform training of new and existing QC team on established methods and procedures May provide technical expertise for method optimization, verification, qualification, and validation.May develop and qualify testing methods and SOPs.May assist with or lead QC projects for process improvements.May draft reports, plans and protocols.May revise and updates SOPs.Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Experience / Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent and a minimum of three years' related experience required.Knowledge of cGMP is required.Must possess skills and knowledge of general chemical and bioanalytical test methods.Knowledge of ELISA, PCR, UV/Vis spectroscopy, cell culture and aseptic technique is preferred.Experience with stability testing programs is preferred.

Ability to work in a controlled environment with gowning/PPE requirements.Ability to learn through observation and hand's on experience.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team oriented organization.Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organizational Relationship/Scope:
Reports to Quality Control leadership team.Work is performed within a team of QC Analysts.Regular communication with Quality, Manufacturing, Technical Operations among others.Ability to work a flexible schedule outside of established core business hours with occasional weekend work required.
