Your Role: Quality Control Assistant - Animal Care
This position will provide general poultry husbandry for the birds (chickens and turkeys) in the stock at the Winslow site. This position will actively support/lead activities related with the vaccine testing, maintenance of the testing facilities, and the proper care and welfare of the birds at the testing facility.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead/assist routine procedures that are involved in the testing of the vaccines and provide appropriate care and husbandry of the animals.
Maintain cleanliness of the animal facilities, in a regulatory inspection condition at all times. Requires floor, walls, animal enclosures scrubbing, minor paint touch ups and other minor maintenance, and proper cleaning and disinfection procedures.
Provide appropriate care for the animals retained at the facilities and maintaining/monitoring the proper environmental conditions (temperature, feed, water, etc.).
Maintain accurate records in accordance with USDA regulations.
Assists with the drafting and reviews of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Engage in the review/implementation of animal welfare standards for the testing facilities at Winslow.
Assist the site Veterinarian in auditing testing buildings and procedures to verify their accuracy and bring up situations that might affect the wellbeing of the birds.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: High School Diploma/GED.

Associates degree in animal or biological sciences preferred.
Previous poultry animal care experience helpful.

**Schedule**

Title Review:Review title work to confirm that the property search matches the property being secured; identify title problems and assist loan officers to resolve problems if needed; coordinate with title attorneys to determine if lender's title insurance may be required; prepare a Schedule A legal description that can be attached to the Mortgage; forward proposed documents to title attorney for review and approval; review recording packages prior to recording to ensure correct documents are being recorded in the appropriate order. Monitor receipt of final title policies, follow-up as necessary to ensure policies are received within specified timeframes. Review final titles for accuracy and acceptability; resolving issues as necessary. Log final titles according to bank procedures. Your Role: Quality Control Assistant - Animal Care
This position will provide general poultry husbandry for the birds (chickens and turkeys) in the stock at the Winslow site. This position will actively support/lead activities related with the vaccine testing, maintenance of the testing facilities, and the proper care and welfare of the birds at the testing facility.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead/assist routine procedures that are involved in the testing of the vaccines and provide appropriate care and husbandry of the animals.
Maintain cleanliness of the animal facilities, in a regulatory inspection condition at all times. Requires floor, walls, animal enclosures scrubbing, minor paint touch ups and other minor maintenance, and proper cleaning and disinfection procedures.
Provide appropriate care for the animals retained at the facilities and maintaining/monitoring the proper environmental conditions (temperature, feed, water, etc.).
Maintain accurate records in accordance with USDA regulations.
Assists with the drafting and reviews of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Engage in the review/implementation of animal welfare standards for the testing facilities at Winslow.
Assist the site Veterinarian in auditing testing buildings and procedures to verify their accuracy and bring up situations that might affect the wellbeing of the birds.
