Role is responsible for ensuring that all grant observations comply with internal policies, grantor requirements, and applicable laws or regulations. This position monitors data gathering and works closely with program staff to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely grant implementation. The role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of grant-funded projects through documentation, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement. Job Duties: Conduct quality reviews of data gathering to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify areas of risk or non-compliance and recommend corrective actions. Work collaboratively with program teams to implement quality assurance protocols and improve processes. Provide technical assistance and training to program staff on quality standards and compliance requirements. Document procedures and findings to support transparency and accountability. Qualifications/Experience Required: Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position is part of the Enterprise Fraud department within the Financial Crimes group. Enterprise Fraud is primarily responsible for reviewing suspicious checks; counterfeit, altered, forged and scam-related fraud, to taking appropriate action to protect the bank and its customers. They also research instances of suspicious activity from the bank's digital channels to detect and deter fraudulent account openings, identify theft, account takeover and other forms of suspicious customer and deposit activity. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Perform quality control assessments leveraging sampling methods that include: alert analysis output, employee trends and tenure, and/or the result of new process implementation. Communicate results of quality control assessments to staff and management. Works collaboratively with Management ensuring the scope of the assessment captures the appropriate risk. Establish and maintain documented accountability for assigned tasks and/or projects. Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned by management. Leverage the quality control data and productivity information, to provide metrics used to support the development and maintenance of risk based processes. Demonstrate an increased knowledge of current Fraud rules and regulations, as well as, seeking training opportunities to stay apprised on trends in the industry. The Aircraft QC Inspector (CH-47 Technical Inspector) Inspects the repair and modification of aircraft structures, structural components, and engines of complex to extreme difficulty. * Inspects removal and installation aircraft subsystem assemblies such as engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components. * Performs scheduled and special inspections. * Inspects and performs limited maintenance operational checks and assists in diagnosing and troubleshooting aircraft subsystems using special tools and equipment as required. * Inspects forms and records related to aircraft maintenance. * Inspects defective parts of the aircraft. * Plans, conducts, and supervises aircraft technical inspections, including repairs and modifications to aircraft structures, structural components and engines. * Applies technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions. * Participates in maintenance test-flights and operation checks as required. * Ensures compliance with aircraft configuration control, oil analysis Program and test measuring diagnostic equipment calibration. * Performs additional duties, including maintenance duties, as requested. * Adheres to company policies and safety programs (Safety-first mentality). Minimum Requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent is required. * U.S. military technical school or specialized training course is desired; certification of education level is required. * Valid up-to-date A&P license with IA (preferred) * Shall have five years' aviation maintenance experience, five years rotary wing aircraft experience, and two years on the assigned Mission Design Series (MDS). All Mechanic experience must be within the six most recent years. * Shall have five years of recent applicable aircraft maintenance experience. Shall have at least one year's experience inspecting MDS aircraft assigned. All Inspector experience must be within the ten most recent years. Back shop TI shall have at least one year's experience on components being inspected. * Must have satisfactorily completed the 15-series career management field Advanced Leadership Course (formerly BNCOC), AMOC, or possess a Federal aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P) (preferred). * Valid Driver's License. * Must provide own tools/toolbox. Knowledge & Skills * Thorough knowledge of aircraft systems on the assigned MDS. * Advanced knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, hydraulic press machine, and those listed in the assigned MDS Maintenance Allocation Chart (MAC). * Advanced knowledge of technical publications and Logistics Information Systems. * Able to prioritize workloads to maintain schedules on assigned projects * Possess the level of experience to inspect all required aeronautical-type maintenance to be performed by aircraft mechanics. * The incumbent receives technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician, will be required to lead teams through more complex aircraft relevant tasks, and may be required to make entries in aircraft logs and records. * Exceptional communication skills, leadership abilities, and personnel management skills are required. * Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Physical Requirements/Working Environment * Must be able to walk and stand on level and/or inclined surfaces for extended periods throughout the day. * Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands. * Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders. * May be required to lift/push/pull heavy objects whose weight may exceed 50 pounds. * Must be able to type using a standard keyboard to communicate through e-mail and various software applications. * Will handle dirty parts and lubricants. * Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Must be able to pass a Respirator Physical and Fit Test qualification. * May be required to operate power vehicles, machinery, hand tools, ground support equipment, forklift, etc. * May work in maintenance shop or outside. * Must be able to work in a shop where the environment is drafty, noisy, and dirty. * May be exposed to extreme noise from operating equipment. * May be exposed to electrical shock hazards or work near moving mechanical parts or vehicles. * May be expected to work in austere environments and all-weather conditions.
