Employee will evaluate the chemical and physical properties of raw materials received for production and finished products prior to packaging to ensure that all fluids meet their applicable specifications. Employee will clearly and concisely communicate with the manufacturing department to maximize workflow efficiency and provide corrections for non-compliant material to meet specifications. Employee should have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the science and mathematics field. Other important tasks include, but are not limited to; monitoring of new and used oils to ensure compliance with applicable specifications, interpreting results, preparing documentation for technical support, and following safety protocols as to provide a safe and controlled environment compatible for team-orientated work.
