Our Bank Operations team is seeking a bank operations quality control specialist to fill a temporary assignment on-site in Tacoma, Washington . This position is responsible for completing deposit account quality control reviews in a timely and accurate manner, while providing quality customer service to internal/external customers. This assignment is a Full -Time on-site role, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for approximately 180 days (December 2025 through May 2026). As a temporary employee, you will be eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan with company match, accrue sick time, and will have access to the Employee Assistance Program. Salary Range: $23.00 - $28.00 hourly The Role at a Glance: Performs quality control review for all new deposit accounts, maintenance of deposit accounts, and safe deposit boxes to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. May assist with second review of bank operations high risk maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedure and controls. May assist with the review of department/branch general ledger reconciliations and transaction processing. May participate in the quality control review of high-risk areas including dormant account processing, negotiable instrument certifications, SOX controls and regulatory customer communications. May assist with the review of critical maintenance reports for monetary and non-monetary transactions to ensure all transactions are appropriate and supported by applicable documentation. Understands and maintains working knowledge of, and ensures bank activities are performed in compliance with, all state and federal banking laws and regulations applicable to assigned area. Understands and comply with all policies, procedures, standards and guidance relevant to assigned job responsibilities. Core Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of recent experience in a branch and/or bank operations support role required. Working knowledge of applicable rules and regulations, report review functions and current working knowledge across various functional bank operations areas i.e., deposit operations, item processing, dormant account review, compliance strongly preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher in Accounting of Finance preferred. Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training in a relevant role may be considered. Excellent analytical ability, data review and processing skills, with the ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data. Unquestionable integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information required. Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and retrieval of data, with the ability to adapt to and learn new products and technologies quickly. Recent working knowledge of financial services systems and experience utilizing digital servicing and client file management applications, i.e., FISERV / DNA - required. Position Summary: The Quality Control Technician plays a key role in ensuring that Cascade Systems Technologys products meet the highest quality standards. This position supports manufacturing operations through detailed inspection, testing, and documentation of assemblies and components. What Youll Do: Inspect surface mount and through-hole assemblies to IPC-A-610 Class II & III standards. Review and interpret assembly drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and work instructions. Operate and program Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and X-ray equipment. Perform first article inspections and document results in the quality database. Identify and communicate quality issues to supervisors in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company policies and ESD procedures. Participate in production meetings and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Follow all safety requirements, promptly reporting potential hazards or incidents. What You Bring: High school diploma or GED; college coursework preferred. Experience in quality control within a manufacturing or electronic assembly environment. Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards and the AOI process. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency using basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers, VOM). Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eligibility to work under ITAR requirements (must not be on any federal watch list). Willingness to learn and follow ISO 9000 and Lean manufacturing processes. Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, and sitting. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. Fine visual and manual dexterity to inspect small components and color distinctions. Full-time Description Pressco Products is a small manufacturing company that produces quality machining, stamping, fabrication, and minor assembly of aerospace components with pride and excellence. This job will focus on performing incoming/receiving inspections, final inspections, FAI documentation, maintaining inspection documents, and assisting the Quality Manager. Job Duties and Essential Functions: Part Inspection: + Perform incoming/receiving inspection of OSP parts ensuring specifications are met. + Perform inspections for final production parts ensuring specifications are met. + Review OSP certificates with appropriate specs and revision levels. + Prepare documentation for OSP vendor purchase orders. + Prepare documentation for final shipments to customers. + Knowledge and use of inspection tools, gauges, and measuring devices. + Acknowledge and record required adjustments, requests, and/or confirm part re-works. Conducts First Article Inspections and create the complete document package. + Manage FAI document control functions, resources, and form libraries. + Follow FAI procedures as set by Customers and Quality Manager. + Process FAI's using the customer/company portal. (Net-Inspect) Escalate Quality Assurance discrepancies, re-works, rejections and QN's to the QA Manager efficiently. Maintain quality department documents. + Scanning, Filing, Archiving. + Inspection reports, waste logs, and rejection/approval records. + Processing PCM requests, storage, and maintenance. Assist the Quality Manager with various tasks as assigned, including but not limited to: + Training records + Audit and project assistance + Policy and procedure documentation + Tool calibration, records, and maintenance Requirements Job Requirements: Working knowledge of AS9100/AS9102/ISO9001/ITAR standards and regulations. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering and/or Quality Inspection in the aerospace industry. Skills should include: + Blueprint and bubble drawing interpretation + Inspection-related mathematical skills + Metrology and use of measuring equipment (is a plus) Proficient knowledge of computers and technology (Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, etc.) + Knowledge of Infor Visual is a plus. We will train on the software. + Knowledge of Discus is a plus. We will train on the software. Ability to multitask and change gears quickly, working in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail, accuracy, and critical thinking Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening. Must be fluent in English. High School Diploma. Preferred higher education with industry-specific training (formal or on-the-job training). Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent attendance and time management. Standing, sitting, and bending for extended periods in a machine shop/office environment. Compensation is dependent on experience and evaluated regularly based on merit and performance.
