This position exists to support Revenue Cycle Services' (RCS) managers and directors in planning, coordinating quality departmental functions by performing various quality reviews, preparing and providing feedback to operational team members as well as other departments, preparing and performing training and education on identified topics and assisting in the development of Standard Work for team members. The incumbent will track and trend the day to day RCS operations as it relates to quality improvement initiatives. This position will be required to report recommendations to management and/or directors that will alleviate any issues while improving the quality of services. Upon acceptance of any recommendations, he/she will assist in implementing the changes as needed in said department in addition to providing quality training to current and new team members. Business Process Expert - Manufacturing Quality Maintenance (MQM) Remote / On Site Europe

Job Summary
Context:

The Opera project, which is part of the Group's Make It #1 digital transformation program, is one of the main Global IMERYS projects that aims to accelerate the digital transformation to enhance performance. It aims to design and build a state-of-the-art core model solution based on SAP S4 HANA.

SUMMARY OF THE JOB
BPE's (Business Process Experts) are part of the Business ProcessTeam to design, pilot and roll out the Opera Core Model on Imerys entities.
Reporting to the BPO (Business Process Owner), the BPE MQM is part of the MQM Stream to lead the implementation of SAP S4\Hana software in different plants and supports the operations teams during the GOLIVE for an effective change management.

MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Main role is to support and interact with the project team, to contribute to the design of the Core Model, the testing and the Go live of the selected legal entities. Then to perform the roll out across Imerys.

1. Organize the assessment phase for each site or group of sites included in the Legal Entity:
Help the plants to understand the Core Model.Ensure a good understanding of the Industrial processes.Ensure the alignment between business requirements and the solution through GAP analysis.

2. Organize and collaborate with IT support the Master Data collection / creation from the site:
Be the main driver in Master Data creation With the help of the IT team, train the key Users to create Master Data

3. Collaborate with IT on further developments required by sites
Provide and help the IT team to understand the Business requirements.Ensure that the solution proposed is aligned with the Business requirements.

4. Testings and trainings
Define test scenarios and perform Solution tests with Key users Participate in the Key user and End users trainings.

5. Cutover & Go Live support
Support the plants in the Cut Over activities as well as during GoLive. Provide support after GoLive.
*Cut Over activities: are series of steps need to be planned, executed and monitored in order to make the project golive (generally started 8 weeks before the GoLive)

List of direct / dotted reports: No direct report, in contact with subject matter experts and local key users, and the project team ; reporting strong line to the BPO MQM, and possible dotted line to a manager of the Business (Operations)
PROFILE REQUIRED

Technical / functional skills:
More than 8 years of experience, ideally in Industrial Operations or in IT of an industrial site preferably within the Mineral, or Chemical, or Process industries.Good knowledge of one of the SAP modules is a plus,Business and Functions knowledge with Enabling Technologies exposure (e.g. ERP, dedicated softwares) ; Experience in a similar position as Business Process representative in Manufacturing, Quality.Continuous Improvement Methods knowledge and practice.Rigor in managing large quantities of information, data.Experience in report & monitoring English speaking mandatory

+ Candidate will own USB Controller Architecture / Protocol function in IPG/DIP and will be responsible for USB IP product definition and ensuring that we have an industry leading IP which is feature rich and delivers high performance. The individual will collaborate with the RTL design / implementation and verification teams in Poland and Bangalore for the implementation of the IP. The individual will collaborate with the marketing team to develop roadmaps for the USB IP, with the Verification IP team to have consistent roadmaps, with the Serdes team to standardize on the controller-Serdes interface, and with the validation team so that we are well prepared for all validation testing and certification.

+ The person should have 20+ years hands-on experience in architecture, design and implementation of complex protocol designs and system implementations, of which at least 15+ years should in USB protocol.The most recent experience should be with USB 3.1 Gen2 or later, with at least 5 years of experience either as architect or strong contribution to the architecture definition of the design.
+ Strong architecture and design skills, and communication/inter-personal skills are required.

+ Drive USB Protocol IP solution roadmap in collaboration with the marketing team to target multiple customer / market segments.

+ Collaborate with the Verification IP team to ensure that the Design IP and Verification IP roadmaps are in sync - to enable the Design IP team to be able to verify their solution using the Cadence VIP offering.

+ Collaborate with the validation team to define validation strategy, test requirements, and be responsible for achieving certification for the USB IP solutions from Cadence.

+ Bring prior experience as a customer expert to Cadence, help translate an understanding of customer use models, and enable the design team to define and deliver effective solutions.

+ Assist field team in pre-sales activities, be responsible for promoting Cadence USB IP solutions with customers, technical training presentations to customers and field teams.

Technical Skills

+ Expertise in USB protocol - with working knowledge of the protocol for 15+ years. Should be an expert in XHCI. Should have hands-in design and debug experience over many years.
