The Construction Quality Assurance Coordinator is accountable for and as required responsible performing the following: · Review of Contractor Quality Plans ITPs and procedures and ensuring they are as per specifications. · Provide verification of Contractors' implementation of their fabrication processes and procedures through execution of the quality surveillance program. · Participate in contractors' kick offs to outline Quality requirements. · Participates in ITP witness and hold point activities as indicated in the approved ITP. · Ensure all inspection and testing is in accordance with SPC-EE-WL-80300, Electrical Construction Specification. · Verify that electrical material and equipment are inspected by an electrical administrator upon completion of installation per Alaska Statute Title 8, Section 08.40.195. · Review and sign-off contractor electrical and instrument IQRs. · Participates in system walkdowns. · Participates in document reviews and turnover reviews. Sign-off of turnover documentation for COP where appropriate.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
* Graduate engineer, graduate architect or graduate of construction management program
* Minimum of 4 years construction experience as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer or Construction Manager
* Two (2) years experience as QC Manager
* Managed two (2) projects greater than $30 million
* Standard USACE certs
* Airfield Paving Experience
* Remote project experience with critical logistic experience
* Preference ADEC and ENV experience

What is an Occupancy Verification?
Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:
To verify property occupancy.
To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.
Responsibilities
Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
Complete a short form in an app.
Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.
Requirements (to be considered you must have the following):

Reliable vehicle (good gas mileage is a plus as you will be paying for your own gas)

Pay and Hours
This is a 1099 position. Each inspection has a flat rate. Rates vary based on county and volume. Although you are paid per inspection, you will earn the equivalent of $30-$40 per hour.
Depending on a county and if it is urban or rural you will complete anywhere from 20-500 inspections per month working 2-30 hours per week. Lower volume counties have higher rates and higher volume counties have lower rates. There is no set amount of inspections per month, but the work is consistent month-to-month.
Earn more as you become established, have greater availability to inspect or are willing to cover a larger territory.
No additional mileage reimbursement above the flat fee per inspection.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for sample collection from athletes. Tasks performed by the Doping Control Officer include preparation for, execution of and post-collection administration as it relates to Doping Control both at events and in the out-of-competition setting. Doping Control Officers are the field facing representatives of USADA. The primary objective of the Doping Control Officer is to conduct Doping Control throughout the United States, under direction of the Doping Control Operations team, for Olympic/Paralympic, and Client Services testing teams in support of USADA's mission and vision. The Doping Control Officer works with the HQ team to uphold USADA's goals of creating and maintaining a safe sport environment for all athletes. The Quality ControlInspector is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and implementation of safety and quality control inspections for all assigned work environments and personnel required on the contract. Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Implements and helps maintain the Quality Control (QC) and Safety Plans that are tailored to the contract and encompass all facets of the functional operation of the contract.
* Plans, organizes, and provides QC inspections for all assigned work environments and personnel.
* Identifies and works compliance issues as they apply to the functional operation of the contract.
* Inspects work for discrepancies in accordance with the QA/QC/Safety plan and contract requirements.
* Conducts safety and QC inspections of contract functions to ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
* Completes necessary QC and Safety reports and documentation required to support findings of non-compliance and safety violations.
* Maintain SeeSOR and Industry Safe databases and update as required to provide for accurate reports regarding QA/QC/Safety.
* Implement working environment in compliance with OSHA 1910 and 1926 safety regulations.
* Review and inspect site work to verify compliance in accordance with applicable plans, procedures, guides, and regulations.
* Preparing incident reports and document analysis, cause/effect and actions taken (photos as required).
* Monitor the performance of subcontractors with respect to QA/QC/Safety.

What is an Occupancy Verification?
Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:
To verify property occupancy.
To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.
Responsibilities
Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
Complete a short form in an app.
Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.

The purpose of the position is to help monitor and maintain quality assurance processes, procedures and controls to meet established performance, quality, risk and safety regulations/standards.
Essential Functions
Identifies and trends data to detect where improvements are needed and identifies areas of success within the organization
Participates in Quality and Risk functional workgroups and carries out associated work plans
Provides support for quality assurance initiatives and performance improvement teams on behalf of the Quality Department; working with program staff when necessary
Implements the Model For Improvement and Plan Do Study Act methodology to drive performance improvement projects
Monitors performance (in relevant areas) according to applicable standards and provides data and recommendations for actions to the Quality and Risk Manager
Provides support to the Quality/Compliance/Privacy department in conducting surveys, maintaining databases, preparing internal and external documents, and creating reports
Ensures compliance with Tribal, federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, Tribal policies and TERO ordinance
