    Job Description Responsible for performing inspections of aircraft maintenance and alterations for quality and airworthiness. The Quality Control Inspector may also perform aircraft maintenance (including inspection), preventive maintenance and alteration and assist customers with technical and operational support relative to the customer's aircraft. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Responsible for Quality Assurance for quality and airworthiness and may report to Maintenance Supervision for the assignment of aircraft maintenance tasks. Using technical data acceptable to and/or approved by the FAA, the Quality Control Inspector provides inspection and approval for return to service with respect to work performed. Adheres to general work and safety requirements. May travel to locations other than the Repair Station's fixed location to support customer aircraft. May perform inspections, adjusts and repairs, replace components and corrects any malfunction or deficiency with and without power applied to the aircraft. May perform repairs on components removed from the aircraft. May remove and re-install aircraft components to gain access for the performance of assigned tasks. May troubleshoot (fault isolation) aircraft system malfunction. May perform basic mechanical and electrical removals and installations. Documents, records, and signs for work performed and/or inspected per RSM/QCM. Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervision. May fuel and defuel aircraft. May perform aircraft line services. Performs inspection on-site and at off-site locations. Supports production aircraft under Production Certificate System. Assists other employees in the performance of their duties within area(s) of qualification. Is familiar with and adheres to the RSM/QCM and applicable regulations. Is responsible for and accountable for work performed. QUALIFICATIONS Possess a Mechanics certificate with Airframe and Power plant ratings. Minimum 5 years' experience in aircraft maintenance and alteration of turbo fan powered business aircraft. Trained in or experience with the methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to perform aircraft maintenance and alterations. Minimum 5 years' experience working on our Falcon models. Thoroughly familiar with the applicable regulations, the RSM/QCM and proficient in the use of the various inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools appropriate for the work being performed and approved for return to service. Able to work unsupervised for extended periods. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Can Do attitude - highly motivated, Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.     The Quality Assurance Inspector monitors, records and verifies key production quality indicators and Process Critical Control Points for incoming raw materials and all production operations. Essential Job Functions Monitors inbound raw bulk material for proper truck seals, bin placement to assure proper rotation / and storage requirements, and appropriate Certificates of Analysis to match actual inbound ingredients Verifies food safety plan HACCP to assure compliance and makes proper notifications if the process does not conform to specifications. Specifically checks the following: Metal detector verifications every hour +/- 15 minutes Bar Code validator verifications every two (2) hours +/- 15 minutes Internal product cook temperature every hour +/- 15 minutes Package seals and container seals verified hourly +/- 15 minutes Batter temperature verified hourly +/- 15 minutes PES (Product evaluation system) review hourly +/- 15 minutes Verifies code dates on all packages as required Monitors quality attributes of raw and finished goods to include batter thickness, height, diameter, color, temperature, and weights at various stages of the process, baked temperatures, finished food evaluations etc. Maintains thermometer calibration adjustments / logs and batter strainer logs daily. Puts non-conforming product on hold as needed for further management review, investigation and final disposition Verifies GMP's are being followed with non-conformances being documented as well as Performs specification studies to monitor process controls as needed. Education/Training Required: Ability to read, write legibly, and perform simple mathematical functions. Preferred: HS Diploma or GED Experience/Knowledge/Abilities Required: 1+ years food experience in a production environment. Demonstrated excellent communication, teamwork & partnership skills. Able to effectively resolve conflict in challenging situations. Preferred: 1+ years' experience in a Quality role.
