Responsibilities: * Inspect and test fire protection systems to ensure functionality, including but not limited to: * Fire Sprinkler Systems * Fire Alarm Systems * Portable Fire Extinguishers * Backflow Preventers * Fixed Extinguishing Systems * Serve internal and external customers continuously. * Render all services in accordance with manufacturer instructions, related codes/standards, and company policies and procedures. * Schedule and coordinate inspections with local Eagle Fire managers and customers. * Provide documentation of inspections for company records, customer records, authorities having jurisdiction, and any other required entity. * Ensure timely completion of electronic inspection reports utilizing Profit Zoom. * Communicate discrepancies, necessary system repairs, job schedules, routine communications, and other important issues to the customer. * Market additional company services to existing and potential customers. * Provide on-call availability for customer emergencies and support for special projects as scheduled. * Train Technician Trainees as assigned. * Continuously progress on NICET certifications applicable to the job role. * Support other departments of the company as needed. * Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all tasks. * Uphold our commitment to keeping our word 100% of the time and working every day until our obligations are met, which may result in overtime.
