    Job Description Guidewire QA Tester We are seeking a Guidewire QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain and expertise in testing the Guidewire Suite of products (Claim Center, Policy Center, and Billing Center). You will be a key player in ensuring the quality and successful integration of our core insurance systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute complex test scenarios and test cases for Guidewire Claim Center, Policy Center, and Billing Center, covering submissions, policy changes, renewals, cancellations, claims administration, and payment processing. Perform integration testing between Guidewire Policy Center and Claim Center, as well as with various third-party systems like XactAnalysis, Xactimate, Acuity, and vendor management systems. Utilize tools such as SOAP UI and Postman for Web Services Testing of SOAP and RESTful services. Manage the testing lifecycle, including creating and maintaining Test Matrix and Traceability Matrix, and performing Gap Analysis. Effectively use HP ALM/Quality Center and Central Agile Rally for test management and defect tracking. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, review user stories, develop test scenarios, and manage test execution status. Execute complex SQL queries to perform back-end data verification and validation across applications and integrated systems. Plan and conduct Regression Testing (especially after code freezes) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for Functional, Integration, and Regression testing using relevant tools (e.g., QTP). Analyze claim scenarios and identify content for claims productivity reports. Conduct defect review and test execution status meetings. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the insurance domain, including claim policies and Guidewire implementations. Experience working with Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domains and insurance product types (e.g., HO, DP, MH Policies). Excellent, hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center. Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and experience in Agile/Scrum and Test Driven Development (TDD)/ Behavior Driven Development (BDD). Technical Tools: Proficiency with HP ALM/Quality Center and Central Agile Rally or similar tools. Expertise in SQL for database validation.
