Description:
Responsible for performing and recording dimensional and visual inspection of parts, assemblies, and final product in coordination with the Engineering, Production, and Manufacturing Engineering departments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct all levels of product inspections using a variety of inspection instruments and equipment (e.g. CMM, micrometers, calipers, parallels, sine bars, height masters, optical comparator, Johnson gauges, etc.)
Verify compliance of finished hardware with drawing requirements based on shop practices as they relate to unfinished hardware.
Perform both detailed, assembly-level drawings with appropriate supporting documentation verifying actual results against drawing and/or specification requirements.
Correctly read and interpret detailed, assembly-level drawings and customer specifications.
Use shop mathematical calculations relative to the complexity of the project (e.g., GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, calculations for areas, angles, lengths, etc.)
Execute formal first article reports to AS9102 standards.
Mentor inspectors, as needed.
Use statistical process control (SPC) symbols and tools along with correct interpretation of associated control plans and charts.
Meet deadlines of assigned jobs while maintaining the integrity of the position.
Work closely with customer representatives during source inspections and audits.
Seek lean process improvements.
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED
1 year certificate from college or technical school OR 3-5 years related experience and/or training

GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for review/callback of new loan bookings, renewals, monetary transactions, maintenance, and other loan servicing activity. Ensure loan servicing activity follows established procedures, data entry is accurate, and proper support is obtained.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Review of new loan bookings, renewals and modifications ensuring loans are entered into the servicing system accurately.
Review of loan maintenance ensuring the compliance with the loan terms and supporting documentation.
Review of designated monetary transactions for accuracy, proper authorization, validating computations, such as interest adjustments, prepayment calculations, etc.
Review of servicing activities, such as demands and collateral releases, for compliance with established bank policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college courses a plus.
Experience: 3 years of commercial loan servicing experience required

Kleinfelder Construction Services is seeking an experienced Lead Roadway Inspector to perform quality assurance inspection services on transportation-related road and highway improvement projects in the Inland Empire. The Lead Roadway Inspector will be assigned a field vehicle and gas card, reporting to a construction job site(s), with the ability to work extended shifts and nights as needed. Job Duties
* Lead a team of field inspectors coordinating inspection between multiple jurisdictions and municipalities
* Perform quality assurance inspection and documentation of civil (roadway) construction activities under the direction of a Resident Engineer
* Coordinate construction activities with various property/business owners within the proximity to the project; provides verification of adherence to temporary construction easements
* Issue field directives to the Contractor; attend weekly construction meetings; coordination of the construction schedule and notifications with the public outreach team
* Coordinate Quality Assurance materials sampling and testing
* Verify the implementation of the Contractor's Quality Control Program and adherence to plans and specifications
* Prepare detailed Daily Inspection Reports, with photos, accurately reflecting the construction progress
* Measure, calculate, track, and record pay quantities for monthly estimates
* Assist in maintaining, supporting, and promoting a safe work environment while complying with applicable safety rules, policies, and procedures
* Maintain a set of field as-built drawings
* Assist the Resident Engineer with field input on change orders, RFIs, submittals and response letters to the contractor, and as-built drawings
Qualifications/Skills
* High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
* Minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in roadway construction inspection of highways or major public works projects including traffic control, PCC and AC paving, earthwork, grading, drainage, and signing and striping
* Knowledge and experience with equipment used in construction inspection, surveying and field testing of construction materials.
* Knowledge and experience with principles of effective communication and supervision
* Able to work independently, make effective decisions concerning construction work in progress and solve field problems

Ensure material traceability, including material lots, subassemblies, equipment identification (when applicable), and inspection status.

Nonconformance Identification & Escalation

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
1st Shift ( MONDAY - FRIDAY ) 6:00AM - 2:30PM
2nd Shift ( MONDAY - FRIDAY ) 3:00PM - 10:30PM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Summary:
Responsible for assigned jobs/tasks. To complete work in a timely manner with accuracy, and conformance to work instructions, IPC620/designated standards and customer requirements. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor or department manager.
Essential Duties:
Execute task as assigned by lead/supervisor and/or manager
Verify traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revs, quantities, etc.)
Verify documentation for customer inspection / test requirements
Conduct inspections / test per instructions and standards
Read and understand technical drawings
Document all transactions per directions
Refer problems or concerns to lead, supervisor or manager
Maintain work area clean and organized (FOD free)
Advise lead or manager of training, equipment needs and opportunities for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
