Perform and document First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS9102 standards, including the creation of Forms 1, 2 & 3 and ballooning requirements (experience with DISCUS software is a plus). Perform final inspections, review customer requirements, and compile complete documentation packages. Support in-process inspections and monitor production area processes to ensure quality compliance. Accurately document inspection results, work instruction changes, and nonconforming conditions with clear, concise reports. Interpret mechanical and composite drawings, specifications, and requirements with a high degree of proficiency.
