The QC Environmental Monitoring Technician supports parenteral manufacturing operations by performing routine environmental monitoring of classified manufacturing areas and conducting clean utility sampling and analysis across manufacturing and QC laboratory facilities. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements and maintaining a controlled manufacturing environment to support the production of safe, high-quality pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
Adhere to and promote compliance with cGMP regulations, Quality Systems, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Perform routine environmental monitoring of classified manufacturing areas in support of both routine operations and Environmental Monitoring Performance Qualification (EMPQ) activities.
Conduct clean utility sampling and analysis, including:
Compressed air
Potable water
Purified water
Water for Injection (WFI)
Clean steam
Support manufacturing and QC laboratory operations by providing accurate and timely environmental monitoring data.
Enumerate, review, and document environmental monitoring results using LIMS or other laboratory data systems.
Perform Second Person Verification (SPV) of environmental monitoring data on a routine basis.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality-focused projects.
Assist in the development, revision, and maintenance of SOPs and Work Instructions as needed.
Adhere to and promote compliance with all site safety policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience performing Environmental Monitoring in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Prior experience supporting aseptic or parenteral manufacturing operations strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with environmental monitoring techniques, including:
Viable surface monitoring
Viable air monitoring
Non-viable air monitoring
Compressed air sampling
Water and clean utility sampling and analysis
Experience working with laboratory systems such as LIMS, LES, and/or MODA.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and regulatory compliance expectations.
Experience performing environmental monitoring within filling isolators or Restricted Access Barrier Systems (RABS).
Ability to train and mentor junior Environmental Monitoring Technicians.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to work in laboratory and cleanroom environments while wearing appropriate PPE.
Ability to gown into facility-specific cleanroom attire.

The Roadway Quality Control Technician is responsible for monitoring all paving operations to ensure that the asphalt product being placed meets all contract specifications. The roadway quality technician must work and coordinate with paving personnel and project inspectors to ensure that contract specifications are being met. Once the paving work is completed, the roadway quality control technician is responsible for obtaining core sample specimens from the roadway and delivering them to the quality control laboratory for density testing. Excellent record keeping skills and being able to communicate effectively is a must for this position. This position will require availability from the candidate to work both day and night shifts, as well as weekends. Typical hours range from 40 to 70+ hours per week.

Knowledge of proper use of equipment, hand and power tools, materials and supplies used in highway and heavy construction work in a safe manner to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life.

Physical Demands
Regularly works near moving machinery/tools which requires good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination, must be able to move quickly and have excellent stamina.
Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects (over 80 lbs.), use legs, hips, shoulders, abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. This position will require the technician lift a core saw from the bed of a pickup truck and place it on the asphalt. This saw weighs approximately 80 lbs.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and climb a ladder. This position will require the candidate to stand on hot asphalt mat for long periods of time.
Ability to perform free of drugs and alcohol; including prescription drugs that may hinder the ability to perform the essential functions of the job.

Job Summary:

Quality Technician DSQR
Scope - Provide quality technician support for all value streams as well as provide DSQR (Designated Supplier Quality Representative) support to AS (Aerospace) customers.
Job Essentials:
DSQR (Delegated Supplier Quality Representative) Role - Aerospace/Government:
SAFETY
Promote safe practices and adhere to all safety requirements including housekeeping practices, chemical labeling, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Ensure hosted guests and visitors are aware of and adhere to safety requirements and PPE.
QUALITY
Obtain and maintain required training and certification necessary to act as DSQR for multiple customers.
Complete First Article Inspections (FAI), including product measurements and overinspection as required.
Conduct customer source inspection and promote product acceptance.
Read, interpret, and adhere to Timken and Customer written specifications and product drawings.
Support disposition of non-conformances and be a PACE member for MRB.
Support response to quality concerns during product manufacture.
Perform internal audits as required.
Perform Outgoing Quality Audits as required.
Support customer complaint investigations.
Investigate RGA issues and provide reports to Quality Manager.
Develop and review required quality documents.
DELIVERY
Approve product for shipment on behalf of the customer when applicable.
Coordinate efforts to obtain customer approval of process and product changes and deviation requests via customer portals.
Communicate issues that may prevent timely shipping of product.
OTHER
Support customer visits and external audits.
Communicate with all areas of operations, engineering, support areas, Corporate Sales and Customer Service.
Ability to coach others in proper Quality practices and customer requirements.
Communicate effectively with customers and source inspectors and present a positive image of Timken at all times.
