    Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC., an American Foods Group Company, has an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Foreperson at our Acme Street plant in Green Bay, WI. As our Quality Assurance Foreperson, you will: Oversee the day-to-day activities for the Quality Assurance / Food Safety department. Work closely with local and regional USDA/FSIS authorities, customer representatives (if needed), government agencies, and auditors. Update, maintain, and implement pertinent regulatory documents and records, product specifications, quality assurance records, and quality assurance personnel records/files. Update, maintain and enforce quality programs: HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, SQF; monitor programs and ensure programs are enforced on the floor. Assist with corrective actions and follow up on preventive measures; ensure preventive measures are enforced on the floor. Assist with assuring all products produced in the plant meet or exceed customer requirements for quality and food safety. Assist with investigation and corrective action responses for customer complaints. Help establish and monitor the acceptance criteria for our product and control the disposition of non-conformance. Confer with management, customers, and other representatives in the planning, scheduling, coordinating, and enforcing the Quality Assurance / Food Safety program in conformance with customer requirements and production schedules as needed. Analyze and interpret data; submit results to designated personnel. Provide leadership for the Quality Assurance / Food Safety department. Be responsible for crewing, scheduling, and training of Quality Assurance / Food Safety employees. Participate in plant management and operational meetings. Attend meetings in QA Manager's absence. Conduct line meetings with the quality assurance personnel in Harvest and Fabrication. NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications (Required): Bachelor of Science degree in the following disciplines preferred: Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, Animal Science, or other biological sciences. Bachelor degree in other areas will be considered OR 5 years Quality Assurance/Food Safety experience. Must be certified or have the ability to obtain certification in the following: HACCP. SQF. Must be able to effectively communicate in English (speak, read, and write). Must have detailed and practical knowledge in plant sanitation practices. Must have practical knowledge regarding the Labeling law for beef and beef products. Preferred Qualifications: Prior quality assurance experience in a USDA inspected beef, pork, and poultry facility. Strong background in inspection and auditing activities. Prior use of Infor M3 inventory system. Prior lead or supervisory experience. Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish (speak, read, and write). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent understanding of HACCP, GMPs, and SSOPs. Excellent working knowledge of the regulatory requirements for meat products. Working knowledge of microbiology, aseptic sampling technique, and sampling plans. Working knowledge of statistical software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, people skills, and strong leadership ability.     Title: Quality Control / Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) Division: Enerpipe Direct Report: Quality Manager Company Profile Enerpipe is a subsidiary of Enerfab, a privately held fabrication, construction, and maintenance services company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Quality Control / CWI will be a key member of the Quality Department, working closely with the Quality Manager, QC Supervisor, and Shop Foreman/Supervisor. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, ethically sound, and committed to maintaining high standards of welding and fabrication quality. This individual will conduct inspections, review procedures, and support the Quality team in ensuring compliance with codes, customer specifications, and internal standards. Primary Responsibilities Perform inspections to determine if weldments meet acceptance criteria per applicable codes, standards, or customer specifications (ASME, AWS, API, or project-specific requirements). Conduct visual inspection of completed work and recommend repairs when necessary. Review Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and welder qualification records, including bend testing. Perform dimensional measurements and fit-up inspections for piping and components. Read and interpret job specifications, shop drawings, and fabrication plans to ensure proper layout, fit up, and weldment quality. Prepare detailed, accurate inspection reports and maintain organized documentation and filing systems. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, production, and other employees. Promote a culture of safety by understanding occupational hazards and adhering to safety precautions in a pipe fabrication environment. Provide guidance and mentorship to welding personnel and less-experienced inspectors. Collaborate with production, engineering, and management to resolve welding or quality-related issues. Assist with audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications & Experience Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification preferred; active AWS CWI strongly preferred. 3-5+ years of experience as a CWI or equivalent experience in welding inspection, QC, or fabrication. Hands-on welding experience and/or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with ASME B31, ASME BPVC Section VIII, and Section IX is a plus (not required). Understanding of Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS), filler metal selection, and welder qualification testing. Experience with dimensional measurement for piping systems. Knowledge of welding techniques for carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloys, including FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, and SAW. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, with general computer and email proficiency. Strong attention to detail, ethical standards, and self-motivation. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively, be proactive, and assist the Quality team when needed. Preferred Qualifications ASNT SNT-TC-1A NDT Level II certification in one or more methods: Radiographic Testing (RT) Ultrasonic Testing (UT - Shear Wave preferred) Penetrant Testing (PT) Visual Testing (VT) Previous supervisory or leadership experience in QC or welding inspection. Experience with quality audits, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives. Education & Training High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional formal training or certifications in welding, inspection, or quality systems is a plus. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift, bend, and perform inspections in a pipe fabrication environment. Comfortable working in varied environments, including elevated areas, confined spaces, and around active fabrication operations.
