Inspect the welds, assigns numbers for the weld map, create weld logs. Perform all aspects of Hydro-test and Turnover Package maintenance. Utilize punch lists to identify incomplete items and present to supervision. Compile all appropriate documents in the turnover package. Calibration of inspection, measuring and testing equipment Performing manual inspections correctly and accurately Proficient use of computer driven and automated inspection equipment Compliance with all safety and health regulations Qualifications for Quality Control Inspector High School Diploma or GED Basic knowledge of Inspection procedures including: prints/drawings, critical dimension and tolerances. Basic knowledge of manual inspection equipment: micrometers, calipers, comparators Proficient in reading drawings, prints and understanding inspection criteria Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Detailed- oriented with a good work ethic Possess good basic math skills Takes pride in assisting with the production of high quality American-made products Ability to follow written and oral instructions Ability to work in a team
