Role Overview:
The Stability Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring our stability program is executed accurately, safely, and in full compliance with internal and regulatory standards. This role supports the QC Manager in driving departmental goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and developing team capabilities. It's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on quality, reliability, and operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
Assign daily tasks to the stability chemists to meet stability testing schedule.
Test stability samples as needed.
Maintain safety and quality systems in a state of audit readiness.
Works with cross-functional teams (production, quality assurance, regulatory, commercial, project management, etc.) to support product campaigns defining stability requirements.
Leads laboratory investigations, identifying root causes and enacting effective CAPAs to improve overall laboratory performance (%RFT).
Develops direct reporting chemists through goal setting, performance management with regular review (i.e. 1 on1 meetings).
Reviews analytical data as required and writes necessary reports this includes stability summary reports.
Executes safety initiatives in the laboratory the maintain and improve work environment.
Updates relevant SOPs along with evaluation of current and new equipment or use in the laboratory.
Involved with laboratory audits through laboratory walkthroughs responding to auditor request/questions.
Implements and applies cGMP concepts in association with department specific responsibilities.
Helps QC Manager develop yearly budget and CAPEX plan to support future lab equipment and resource needs.
Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related science
Minimum of 5 years cGMP laboratory experience
Minimum of 3 years stability program experience
Ability to communicate effectively with impact internally and externally
Builds collaborative relationships cross-departmentally
Seeks opportunities for continuous improvement
Able to make decisions after evaluating current laboratory workload
Adaptability due to changing production demands due to customer needs

Salary Range : $90,000 - $100,000 annual base salary

Position Summary
As an Analyst II, Quality Control, supporting the Quality Control department at our East Norriton, PA facility, this role reports to the Technical Lead Manager and performs routine testing for manufacturing release and stability samples of gene (viral vector) and cell therapy products. The QC Analyst II partners closely with Manufacturing and QC Operations teams to ensure all required testing is completed in compliance with established standard operating procedures and testing methods, while meeting internal stakeholder needs.
This role may require support for weekend testing as needed.
Job Responsibilities
Perform routine sample analysis in support of manufacturing release and stability activities.
Sample testing of manufactured products using protein-based assays, molecular methods, and cellular assays.

Competencies & Attributes
Technical knowledge in the fields of mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, avionics, sheet metal, rigging, instruments, test flights, etc. to determine safety, airworthiness, conformance, and sign off work in aircraft records to meet the requirements of the FAA Federal Aviation Regulations
Must be pro-active and team and detail oriented.
Must have good working knowledge of FAR Part 145 and related areas.
Must possess experience in Microsoft Office suite.
Must be able to work independently
Ability to travel occasionally.
Ability to work weekends and/or be on-call.
Licensure/Certification
FAA A&P license a must, and Inspection Authorization (IA) rating is a plus

Amuneal Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Quality ControlInspector to join our fast-paced, dedicated, and extremely talented team. Candidates should bring in a high level of excitement and punctuality. They will be responsible for performing set-up and production operations on projects of a wide variety, while maintaining standards for safety & quality. This role will operate on a 4 day, 10 hour work week of 6:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday
Responsibilities:
Inspect - Conduct routine and non-routine inspection of materials at incoming, in-process, and final. First Article Inspection when required by the customer or quality management.
Inspect - Perform tests, interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data/material for release.
Calibration - Maintain inspection equipment in accordance with Amuneal's internal procedures and any relevant customer specifications.
Document - Ensure drawings, work instructions, and procedures are maintained to current revision and accessible.
Audit - Perform routine internal audits of processes and persons, as directed by relevant management.
Train - Provide training and guidance to junior members of the Quality team. This includes the provision of oversight, and implementation of disciplines when it is necessary, as well as reporting on progress, or lack thereof, to relevant management.
Straighten: Arrange items that are needed so that they are ready & easy to use. Clearly identify locations for all items so that anyone can find them & return them once the task is completed.
Shine: Clean the workplace & equipment on a regular basis to maintain standards & identify defects.
Standardize: Revisit the first three of the 5S on a frequent basis to maintain standards & identify defects.
Sustain: Keep the rules to maintain the standard and continue to improve every day.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/ GED required. Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree, or Technical school preferred.
Knowledge of ISO 9001
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Technically apt, with experience using Microsoft Suites.
Use of CMM/ FARO Arm Preferred.
