Job Summary
Basic Job FunctionsPosition is required to assist in the inspection, acceptance, and/or rejection of work performed in a particular discipline in compliance with applicable codes and/or specifications as dictated by quality programs and/or contract documents and specifications.Structural Inspection:Experience level must fall within the erection of structural steel. Must be able to work in elevated areas. Must have knowledge of AISC, AWS D1.1, and AWS D1.6 Codes. Must have knowledge of bolt?up inspection including bolt lot verifications using Skidmore?Wilhelm. Additionally, must have knowledge of architectural, insulation and lagging, grout and concrete placement, Epoxy anchor installation inspection. Must have CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification.Electrical and Instrumentation Inspection:Experience must fall in the installation of electrical and instrumentation components, including interconnecting wiring, cables, and tubing. Must be knowledgeable of ICEA, IEEE, ISA, NEC, NEMA, NESC, and NFPA Codes and standards.Mechanical Inspection:Experience level must fall in the setting and alignment of static and rotating equipment, equipment skids, coolers, tanks, and interconnecting process piping fabrication and installation. Must be able to use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, transits, etc. and be able to set up dial indicators and laser alignment devices.Piping Inspection:Experience level must fall in pipe installation inspection, including welding, supports, instrumentation, etc. Must have CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assists material handling personnel with required material storage and PM requirements as needed.
2. Communicates with others regarding inspections results and recommends corrective procedures.
3. Participates in activities to support the company's strategic planning efforts.
4. Participates in the preparation of Quality control ITP.
5. Performs control measuring and tests equipment.
6. Verifies the installation of the systems, components and equipment in accordance with the assigned discipline.
Minimum Job Requirements
1. 1+ year construction practices
2. 1+ year in quality control inspection discipline
3. HS Degree Required
4. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs

What Does a Typical Day Look Like? Here are your primary responsibilities:
Perform required inspections and chemical tests on raw materials, in-process, final products, storage tank, drum, shipping, and other samples in an accurate and timely fashion.
Learn all the SOPs and test methods needed to perform sample analysis in a safe and consistent manner.
Record data in the lab computer system for various types of samples.
Generate Certificates of Analysis for finished products in preparation for shipment.
Operate existing instruments and learn to operate new instruments.
Use lab instruments with maximum accuracy and efficiency.
Perform calibration checks and keep control charts on lab instruments.
Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on instruments.
Able to learn and follow new scientific techniques.
Train others on new and existing instruments, procedures and SOP's.
Work with other members of team to improve “shift to shift” consistency, testing quality and reproducibility, and safety.
Fill in for other technicians.
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area, and inventories of needed supplies.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Tech 1 - 3rd shift 10pm - 6:30 am Mon - Friday
Join our dynamic team as a Quality Technique Specialist, where your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards of excellence. As a Quality Technique Specialist, you will be at the forefront of implementing and refining quality assurance processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure product compliance with specifications and standards.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective quality enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Document COA's COC's as required
- Must know which measurement and test equipment(M&TE) tools are appropriate for various task and how to assess tool accuracy and precision; understand the concept of standards traceability for M&TE>
- Train and mentor team members on best quality practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for quality management.
- Quality certification (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Conduct visual inspections for compliance and quality standards
Perform part and serial number verification
Record inspection data into tracking systems
Follow safety and quality protocols at all times
Skills and Industry Experience:
1+ years (inspection, inventory control, or quality-related roles)
High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred); ability to read/interpret technical drawings, part numbers, and inspection documents; basic computer/data entry skills computer/data entry skills
ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or OSHA Safety Training preferred
Ability to work well in independent and group problem-solving situations
Ability to maintain a positive, professional disposition when adapting to occasional disruptions and unexpected events
Flexibility in scheduling
