The company was founded in 1997 in Twin Falls, ID, where it has grown substantially and is expected to exceed $50M in revenue and $10M in EBITDA in 2024. The Company produced and transported ~6 million meals in 2023. Meals are currently procured, warehoused, assembled, packaged, labeled, frozen, and shipped from the company's HQ in Twin Falls, ID. However, due to recent growth, HSD plans to expand operations by opening an additional facility in the Southeastern United States in 2024.
The Quality Technician plays a vital role in monitoring and maintaining all aspects of product safety and quality that enhances the customer experience and our food safety adherence. As such, the Technician performs multiple checks on product in finished goods form and as product is processed to meet our internal standards for food safety and quality. Feedback to quality process owners (e.g. operations technicians and management) with immediate corrective actions implemented is the primary means of ensuring process quality and, subsequently, a high integrity product.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular quality monitoring checks to verify that all products meet customer and legal requirements. (i.e. weight control, seal monitoring, metal detection, meal configuration).
· Daily temperature checks in the production cooler/freezer and shipping freezer.
· Monitor chemicals used for cleaning and sanitation.
· Support the receiving process by monitoring incoming raw materials, inspection of carriers and support inventory control.
· Environmental Monitoring Program testing.
· Ensure sanitation of the facility follows compliance with food safety requirements.
· Monitor critical control point temperatures throughout the production process to ensure temperatures are meeting the standards outlined in the company's HACCP plan.
· Monitoring use and highlighting for disposal of aging finished product or work in progress.
· Collaborate with colleagues in Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality functions to continually improve capability and process efficiency.
· Make decisions concerning product quality, including shutting down the line when processes do not conform to specifications.
· Other duties - to help production when needed, cleaning, etc.

The Computer Systems Quality Assurance role is responsible for oversite of computer system validation at the Eli Lilly Lebanon API Manufacturing facility. This role includes working with Automation, QC labs, and Tech@Lilly persons to develop validation strategies for the approach to computer system validation in compliance with corporate standards; consultation and interpretation on applying and right-sizing validation requirements; maintaining corporate and site computer systems standards and practices; participating in internal and external Regulatory agency inspections; conducting evaluations of internal or supplier quality practices; maintenance of inspectional readiness; and external benchmarking of computer system validation practices.

Position Summary
The Quality Control - Aircraft Inspector is responsible for ensuring all aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and documentation are carried out in strict compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer's specifications, customer requirements, and Company standards. Organization Overview:
Lilly is currently constructing a cutting-edge facility for the manufacture of new modalities including Gene Therapy. At Lebanon, Indiana, this facility will be Lilly's most technically advanced manufacturing site focused on the delivery of the next wave of innovative products at Lilly. It will include next-generation manufacturing technologies and advanced data collection and analysis platforms that will deliver improvements in safety and quality, and process performance. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the team for the startup of a greenfield manufacturing site, and the successful candidate will help to design, commission, start up, and maintain the facility for both clinical and commercial supply. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a state-of-the-art facility and Quality System from the ground up.
The Quality Assurance Operational Support Representative is responsible for demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and quality and regulatory knowledge and oversight to provide guidance, consultation and influence in the design, verification, and startup of the manufacturing areas at Lilly's new Lebanon, Indiana (LP2) site. The QA Operational Support position is essential for ensuring GMP compliance in the design, delivery, verification, qualification, and start up to ensure regulatory approval of the facility. As the project progresses, this role will transition to site-based process team supporting one of the following manufacturing areas:
* ATMP Gene Therapy Drug Substance Manufacturing
* ATMP Gene Therapy Parenteral Manufacturing
* QC Laboratory
* Packaging
* Warehouse Logistics
* Facility, Utility and Maintenance
Responsibilities:
* Knowledge of cGMP practices including good documentation practices, data integrity and regulatory compliance
* Act as a cGMP liaison, working with Global Facility Delivery and Lilly project staff to complete the detailed design of the assigned areas employing QbD and QRM principals and ensuring the integration of Global Quality System requirements into the design
* Consult with Network and Global quality groups as required to ensure consistent and compliant approach is executed during the project and startup phase
* Actively participate in required design reviews and final design qualification activities
* Provide technical and quality review and approval of project documents to ensure compliance with Lilly Global Quality Standards as well as project and local quality procedures
* Provide quality oversight for the verification and qualification of the manufacturing equipment and facilities, including review of test cases, test execution, discrepancy resolution, etc.
* Work with the Site Quality Leadership to support the development of the vision and strategy for the overall site quality operation and cross-functional support with focus on the Manufacturing areas
* Support the site organization in building technical capability, for a diverse cross-functional staff in Quality, the project team, and area process teams, including mentoring and training of new Quality and other project staff
* Foster a strong quality culture including maintaining open communications and promoting teamwork and employee participation in the work group
* Support the definition and execution of inspection readiness activities including support of site self-inspections in GQA
* Lead project initiatives needed in support of the project and Quality function
* Resolve or escalate any compliance issues to the project, site, and Quality Management
* Provides guidance for deviations, observation handling; change control proposals; document creation and revisions.
Basic Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field (preference for scientific or engineering field)
* 3+ years working in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Quality Assurance roles
* Previous experience with C&Q / Verification and Validation oversight including automation and computer systems validation
Additional Preferences:
* Demonstrated knowledge and use of US, EU, Japan and other regulations in the area of pharmaceutical manufacturing
* ASQ Certified
* Computer System Quality Assurance experience
* Previous facility or area start up experience
* Previous experience with gene therapy drug substance processes such as equipment prep, virus prep/banking, inoculation, purification, and/or drug product manufacturing processes such as formulation, filling/visual inspection, and packaging
* Previous experience with lab equipment delivery and qualification
* Previous experience with management of utilities, facilities, maintenance, and warehouse logistics
* Previous experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems.
* Previous use of KNEAT - or other electronic validation software
* Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence cross-functional teams including good oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrated strong problem solving and decision making skills
* Previous technical writing experience

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$65,250 - $169,400
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). Compensation Details
Pay Rate: starting hourly rate is between $27.00 and $37.00 per hour based on your prior work experience. You will also receive an additional $1.00 override for working the nightshift.
Step Pay Increases: Eligible for a $1.00 increase each year on your pay anniversary date, up to a maximum rate of $42.00 per hour.
Retention Bonus: After reaching the top of the pay scale, eligible for an annual retention bonus of up to $2,000.00 based on performance.
Overtime Pay: Hours worked in excess of 40 per week will be paid at 1.5 times your hourly rate.
Holiday Pay: Work performed on Contour Airlines' observed holidays will be compensated at 2 times your hourly rate. A list of Company-recognized holidays is outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Position Summary
The Quality Control - Aircraft Inspector is responsible for ensuring all aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and documentation are carried out in strict compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer's specifications, customer requirements, and Company standards. This role is critical to maintaining the highest levels of airworthiness, safety, and operational reliability.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-progress, and final inspections of aircraft, components, and articles maintained by the Company.
Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and Company procedures.
Verify that all required maintenance and inspection documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
Oversee proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
Confirm that all maintenance work meets FAA, customer, Company, and manufacturer standards of quality.
Complete inspection records in accordance with the Repair Station Manual / Quality Control Manual and applicable customer guidelines.
Conduct surveillance of maintenance practices, storage areas, shops, and housekeeping standards, initiating corrective actions as required.
Provide constructive feedback to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety.
Assist Crew Chiefs and Supervisors in determining the scope of required repairs.
Perform weight and balance procedures.
Release aircraft or components back into service following approved inspections.
Participate in special projects or other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum 23 years of age.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
Part 65 Certification and minimum 2 years of aviation experience.
18-months minimum experience with Embraer Regional Jet 135/145 (ERJ) and/or Bombardier CRJ200 (CRJ) required.
High school diploma or GED required; advanced training preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel internationally.
Able to pass a 10-year work history review, criminal background check, and DOT pre-employment drug screening.
Must submit to and pass FAA- and Company-mandated random drug and alcohol testing.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Must be familiar with FAR Part 135 and Part 145 operations, inspection methods, techniques, and tools.
Must be proficient with inspection equipment and visual aids appropriate to the task.
Completion of Quality Inspection training required.
