Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:

Verify all received MTRs to Material Specification Sheets and perform hardness validation test on a sample from each lot/batch.

Complete inspection reports and upload a copy of inspection report, print utilized for inspection and MTR verification into Digital Document System.
Verify each in process and testing station has entered their associated Digital Document System criteria for all work performed that day. Ensure all pictures, videos and work verification steps have been completed and uploaded before approving units to be released for storage or shipping. If documentation is not present, have associated technician perform their job duties.
Take custody, quarantine and complete Non-Conformance Reports and Management Team notifications as necessary based on inbound, in-process or testing non-conforming product.
Work with operations to ensure the transfer of all records from the Digital Document System to associated Well Intelligence job files.
Enter new equipment and precision instruments for calibration into the Digital Document System as needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

What is an Occupancy Verification?
Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:
To verify property occupancy.
To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.
Responsibilities
Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
Complete a short form in an app.
Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.

Lower volume counties have higher rates and higher volume counties have lower rates. There is no set amount of inspections per month, but the work is consistent month-to-month.
Earn more as you become established, have greater availability to inspect or are willing to cover a larger territory.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Under the direction of the Group Lead/Supervisor perform the duties assigned with Rod Inspection, utilization of equipment for inspecting, operate overhead cranes and utilizing forklifts to support all functions of the Rod Inspection.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
Opens bales, crates, and other containers
Wear required PPE.
Follow all policies and procedures communicated by Endurance Lift Solutions.
Accomplish all the above task keeping safety and housekeeping a priority
Attend Basic Safety Training and exhibit behavior consistent with training
Attend Safety Meetings and exhibit behaviors consistent with the safety culture
Attend Basic course on Waste Elimination and 6S and exhibit knowledge obtained in training
Obtains signed approval of delivery tickets from customer personnel in a timely manner.
The employee will be assigned other duties as necessary
Reviews and completes all paperwork required in the transacting of pumps, sucker rods, supplies, and safety equipment sales.
Takes telephone calls from customers for service work and equipment sales and completes necessary paperwork.
Assist Shop Manager/Supervisor in assuring the accuracy of shop inventory.
Requirements
EHS REQUIREMENTS:
Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company's TRIR goals.
Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company's environmental performance goals.
Complete, and actively participate in all of the company's IScout training requirements.
Employee will be assigned other duties as necessary
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
Must be able to sit and/or drive a vehicle; a minimum of 2 hours and often up to 4 hours.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence as required
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to learn, be certified and operate an overhead crane
Ability to learn, be certified and operate various forklifts
A combination of the above qualifications will also be considered
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of a shop or warehouse.
Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to safely bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working in the area.
Must be able to safely mount and dismount from the back of a truck, and bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at the area.
Must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate hand tools and mechanical tools.
Must be able to work at a fast pace.
Must be able to tolerate changing priorities, and complete assignments despite frequent interruptions.
Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
Must be able to drive a one-ton pick-up truck.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment is typically considered within an Endurance Lift Solutions location during normal or extended business hours. Work environment may also include customer sites including oil well sites, and meeting venues, extensive time off-site while traveling or to other locations as required.
EMI Operator / Inspector

Conduct NDT inspections to ensure quality or to detect discontinuities (defects)
Performing NDT procedures and other operations.
Set up and utilize Non-destructive Test Equipment
Assist in reporting inspection results and maintain paperwork to provide traceability
Monitor, as well as train, Level I inspectors and inspection helpers

Job DescriptionCertified Welding Inspector Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Certified Welding Inspector to join a leading EPC contractor supporting large-scale power generation projects. The company is based in Houston, TX, with this position located in Amarillo, TX (Panhandle region). This role requires extensive welding inspection knowledge and the ability to work away from home for extended periods. Per Diem and travel pay is provided for non-local candidates.
Pay Rate$40.00 - $48.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) Overtime, per diem and travel pay provided for non-local candidates.
Schedule and HoursMonday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Additional hours may be required based on project schedule and workload.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Perform inspection of pipe fabrication and structural steel welding.
Review welding packages, ITPs, weld maps, and project specifications.
Verify WPS, PQR, WPQ, and welder certifications.
Witness and coordinate NDT (RT, UT, MT, PT).
Support hydrostatic and pneumatic testing.
Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and turnover packages.
Identify and resolve nonconformances.
Ensure compliance with AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX, ASME B31, AISC, and API.
Qualifications and Requirements
Valid CWI certification.
Extensive experience in structural and piping welding inspection.
Strong understanding of AWS, ASME, AISC, API standards.
Ability to interpret drawings and welding documents.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Must hold a valid driver's license.
Must be able to work away from home for extended periods.
