Communicate defects appropriately • Ensure optical accuracy by validating power, prism, axis, PD-s, seg height, lens fit and cosmetic add-ons • Read the work ticket to verify prescription instructions such as tints, powers, adds coatings, tints, prism, special instructions PROCESS IMPROVEMENT • Partner with production team and support areas to identify breakages and look for resolution to improve quality and service to our customers • Assist Production Lead - Finish and/or Production Manager - Finish with tracking defects or fixers in order to improve quality and training • Use problem solving techniques to proactively address patterns of concern.
