Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is: To verify property occupancy. To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application. Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant. We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors. Responsibilities Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes. Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned. Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards. Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments. Complete a short form in an app. Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory. They will work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required and works on problems of moderate scope in which analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors. 10 Hour Night Shifts 7pm to 530am Key Responsibilities Running test samples for in-process, lot release and stability studies. Reviewing assays. Writing quality records (Deviations, CAPA, Change Control) and test methods. Performs other duties as assigned. Key Requirements Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferably in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related science discipline. 2-4 years industry experience preferably in a cGMP environment. Use of Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Use of Laboratory computer systems. Experience using GMP Quality Systems such as: TrackWise, LIMS preferred.
