Under general supervision, assist the Quality Manager in the execution of the Quality Management System at Shields Manufacturing with regards to product inspections, first article submissions, corrective and preventive actions, internal audits, as well as customer and supplier communication and data submittals. These are critical positions within the company and present a great opportunity for someone to provide final assurance to all our valued customers that their products are being provided with the highest level of quality possible. Please note that preference will be given to candidates that have experience working in a manufacturing setting, but this is not required. Shifts available: Day Shift : Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and Swing Shift : Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. You will earn an industry leading hourly shift differential for the swing shift.
