Working Conditions: This job requires working in many different conditions and places. About 80% of the time is outside the office either on the road or at a tenant's unit. Therefore, conditions range from an office environment to an outdoor environment that can be dirty, wet, cold, hot, difficult and risky. As part of the responsibilities of this position, the Lead Inspector will have direct or incidental contact with clients served by SMOC in various programs funded or administered through the Executive Office of Health and Human Services. A successful background check is required. Remote Work Option: Remote work is permissible in some positions at SMOC depending on the key functions and responsibilities.
