General Responsibilities:

Job Description
EXL Risk Control is looking for self-directed independent contractors who possess excellent
communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality and
timeliness standards. You will work from your own home or office, and service onsite
survey/inspection assignments in the Phoenix, AZ area, and other locations within approximately 45 miles of Phoenix.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for scheduling on-site surveys and providing risk control reports to
insurance industry clients. These reports contain information necessary to underwrite a
commercial insurance policy and may include recommendations to control and/or correct
potential loss producing conditions associated with that policy. You will be expected to
manage assignments you accept, successfully secure customer appointments within a
local territory and complete work assignments on time.
Our Risk ControlInspectors evaluate businesses behind the scenes to identify hazards and
improve safety, mitigating risks for our insurance company clients. The type of businesses
we survey are commercial operations, including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartments,
construction jobsites, churches, schools, etc. Most surveys are focused on assessing the
business for Property and General Liability coverage, but we also service other commercial
insurance lines of business including Workers Compensation, Auto/Fleet, Products Liability,
Inland Marine and Builders Risk.
Qualifications
Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim,
loss control, underwriting, and/or fire and safety experience is a plus, but all interested
candidates are encouraged to submit their qualifications. In lieu of experience, we can refer
you to a 15-hour online certification option to qualify you. Fees are negotiable depending on

Job Description
The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all machined parts and assemblies produced by the company meet the company's quality standards. This includes inspecting the parts for conformance to engineering drawings and specifications, as well as for any defects or non-conformances. The Quality Inspector will also inspect incoming raw materials, products, and services for conformance to purchase orders (POs), engineering drawings, and specifications.
The Quality Inspector will use a variety of inspection tools and equipment to perform their duties, such as calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and CMMs. They will also use their knowledge of technical drawings and GD&T to inspect the parts and assemblies.

Job Summary:
The Quality ControlInspector verifies product quality by examining incoming material, performing inspections of finished devices, and conducting functional testing of electronic circuit boards and electronic components. Responsibilities include following controlled documentation, accurately recording inspection and test results, and verifying the accuracy and completeness of all quality records.

Basic Qualifications:
Education
Minimum High School Graduate of GED
Two (2) year technical degree or equivalent in electronic technology preferred.
Experience:
Two (2) years' experience executing test protocols in a production/engineering environment.
Ability to read, comprehend and interpret Engineering drawings and specifications.
Demonstrated ability to apply basic inspection techniques (i.e., sampling plans)
Ability to properly use basic inspection tools such as calipers, dial indicators and pin gages.
Familiarity with electronic assemblies, cabling, multimeters and mechanical components
Demonstrated computer skills with Word, Excel, and Access
Competencies:
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Must be capable of performing task(s) with little to no supervision while completing task(s) in a timely and accurate manner.

The **Aircraft QC Inspector (Technical Inspector) (UH-60)** Inspects the repair and modification of aircraft structures, structural components, and engines of complex to extreme difficulty. + Inspects removal and installation aircraft subsystem assemblies such as engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components.
+ Performs scheduled and special inspections.
+ Inspects and performs limited maintenance operational checks and assists in diagnosing and troubleshooting aircraft subsystems using special tools and equipment as required.

+ Shall have **five (5) years of recent applicable aircraft maintenance** experience. Shall have at least **one year's experience inspecting MDS aircraft assigned UH-60** .
+ **All Inspector experience must be within the ten most recent years** .
+ **Back shop TI shall have at least one year's experience on components being inspected.**
+ **Must have satisfactorily completed the 15-series career management field Advanced Leadership Course (formerly BNCOC), AMOC, or possess a Federal aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P)** **_(preferred)._**
+ Valid Driver's License.
+ **Must provide own tools/toolbox.** Recruiters will provide toolbox requirements to candidates upon selection.
