American Battery Technology Company (ABTC) is an industry-leading battery metals and critical material technology development and commercialization company. Our Pilot Plant just outside of Reno, Nevada will be the first integrated implementation of our multi-step processing train for the full mechanical processing, physical separation, chemical extraction, and production of commercial-scale battery metals that will be resold back into the battery manufacturing supply chain to enact a low-cost, low environmental impact, and domestically sourced closed-loop circular economy. This critical role reports directly to the Head of Quality and plays a vital part in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of our battery disassembly, processing, and finished product quality. Provide daily quality pass-down reports and keep leads/supervisors informed about inspection outcomes. Initiate and review Technical Inquiries for discrepancies; ensure no jobs commence without proper authorization. Assist in addressing bottleneck areas as directed by Supervisor, Engineer, or Manager. Escalate unresolved issues to the Quality Manager. Adhere to and enforce all procedures related to ESD, MSD handling, housekeeping, maintenance, safety, and inspection protocols.
