Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and escalate critical issues to the Audit and Inspections Lead or QMS team. Follow Checklists & Standards: Utilize inspection checklists, SOPs, and product-specific guidelines to validate quality. Confirm that reconditioned units meet all safety and performance criteria before final release. Support Production Flow: Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure quality inspections are completed on-time without disrupting takt time or production flow. Perform Visual & Functional Tests: Conduct visual inspections, dimensional checks, and operational tests (e.g., lift, rotation, drive functions) to verify unit readiness. Assist with Root Cause Investigations: Participate in problem-solving and corrective action efforts when recurring quality issues or defects are identified. Support Operator Feedback & Coaching: Provide real-time feedback to technicians and assemblers on quality issues, promoting a shared responsibility for quality. Maintain Quality Records: Complete inspection forms, photo documentation, and digital tracking logs to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
