The Control Tower Engineer is responsible for identifying, creating and triaging warranty issues, working closely with engineering, supplier quality, manufacturing and service teams to analyze parts and vehicles in order to resolve warranty issues for our customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead the identification of warranty related issues -- through part analysis and vehicle reviews; the Control Tower Engineer is accountable for initial problem-solving, proposed responsible functional area and clean point validation. Propose triage recommendations based on combined data and physical insights for resolution by downstream teams.
