Support Quality Specialists and Delivery Coordinators by addressing rework concerns during Blue Floor and customer inspections. Document all rework performed and communicate completion status to Quality and Delivery teams. Ensure all work is completed to Skeeter quality standards and in compliance with customer specifications. Maintain accurate records of materials, parts, and methods used in rework. Assist with inspections to help identify defects or nonconformances in process or at final inspection. Participate in problem-solving activities to address root causes of rework and prevent recurrence. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety standards. Perform other related responsibilities as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager or Delivery Coordinator. Qualifications Job Requirements: Technical training or trade certifications in automotive, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred. Understanding of fire apparatus construction, components, and systems. Skilled in electrical troubleshooting and repair. Knowledge of basic and advanced plumbing systems used in firefighting equipment. Proficiency in general automotive/mechanical repair. Must be proficient in reading prints and customer specifications. Must have good oral and written English communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively interact with and maintain a professional image with customers and team members. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of following up on assigned tasks. Must have a positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support multiple departments.
