You'll inspect precision components, perform detailed measurements, and uphold the standards that define our company's reputation for excellence. Your Responsibilities: Inspect machined parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools Lead and support the quality inspection team in daily operations. Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to verify part compliance Utilize CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) or comparable inspection equipment when applicable Maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation Collaborate with machinists and leadership to resolve quality concerns Document and communicate nonconformances and corrective actions. Train team members on quality procedures and inspection techniques.
