Read and interpret customer specifications and blueprints. Perform product audits, inspections, and documentation in support of PPAP, SPC, and MSA. Operate and program CMM inspection equipment; maintain inspection set-ups. Apply geometric tolerancing and solve trigonometric problems when required. Support corrective and preventative action programs. Maintain accurate technical records in support of ISO 9001 and TS16949 certification. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or 3+ years of relevant inspection/quality experience. Strong knowledge of gauge metrology, PPAP, SPC, and MSA. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and TS16949 standards is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Physical Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift items per company guidelines. Our clients include component manufacturers in the Automotive, Aerospace, Appliance and general manufacturing industries. Our Manufacturing Quality Inspectors perform visual inspection and rework of manufactured parts. Manufacturing Quality Inspectors starting pay @ $15.00/hour with room for advancement.
