Production OperatorThis position is responsible for daily operations of the production floor; ensuring the shift meets established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all applicable legal and food safety requirements.
Essential Functions
Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to Niagara's standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
Accurately completes applicable quality and production reports hourly. Physical and visual inspection of product is required to prevent non-conforming goods. Correctly reports all quality defects to the appropriate team members and shift leadership.
Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
Abides by Niagara's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times.
Maintains general housekeeping in all areas of production and additional areas assigned by plant leadership.
Maintains appropriate level of raw materials as required, to ensure production lines incur minimal downtime.
Demonstrates the aptitude and skill to work in all assigned areas of production; troubleshoots minor production line issues and performs relief duties when required.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or schedule as dictated by production demand.

Production Operator
Performs a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of production processes and responsible for day to day operations associated with the production lines.
Essential Functions
* Responsible for overall maintaining of a production line, including starting and stopping of all equipment (palletizers, carton makers, carton sealers, drop packers, injection, etc.) as applicable.
* Ability to perform minor adjustments to production equipment as directed. No mechanical work is to be performed without prior approval.

* Raw materials: keep bottle caps, labels, cartons, trays, tray and pallet wraps (plastic rolls), pallet glue for hot melt tanks, slip sheets, etc. in adequate amounts to ensure continuous smooth running of equipment and operation.
* Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards; accurately filling out hourly inspection sheets based on overall production quality. Responsible for recognizing and reporting all quality defects immediately.
* Ability to work in multiple areas of production with minimal supervision; perform relief duties when required
* Ability to troubleshoot minor production equipment issues in all areas and collaborate with maintenance team as necessary.

To thrive as a Machine/Filling Operator with Behr, you must be eager to learn. You don't need any previous experience or knowledge about paint or manufacturing, although it's a bonus. We'll teach you everything you need to know, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch your career. You'll cross-train on multiple lines so you are able to assist with any role on any line that needs help.
At the start of each workday, you'll be assigned to one of the production lines. If working on a solo line, you'll oversee filling and case-packing. If it's a dual-operator line, you and a partner will do each role. If you see anything that looks off, you will pull the item. This can be a can or box label with a misprint, a lid that isn't on properly, a cardboard case with a loose flap, or any number of other things. You will also periodically pull cans to weigh them and make sure the filling equipment is working to our weight parameters. You will also do changeovers between various paints, make sure the cardboard machine stays full of cases for packing, and assist anyone else as needed.

Excellent attendance. We can't stress this enough. Operators are the most vital part of this operation.
A commitment to safety. We are very proud of our safety record and want you to be a part of that. You will be required to wear proper safety equipment, including steel toed shoes at all times.

About the Role:
Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist to join our Quality Unit located in New Albany, Ohio. The position of Quality Specialist will focus on driving continuous improvement efforts that benefit and delight the Hims customer. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help support and report to the Quality Control Manager. The Quality Specialist role is responsible for the inspecting and/or testing of product(s) before, during and after manufacturing process(es) to ensure products align with company and regulatory standards, as well as other processes necessary to quality operations. The position performs and leads activities “on the floor” in support of dispositioning product and/or raw materials while ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) policies and procedures, USP, SOPs, and where applicable cGMP. You Will:
Perform in process and post production quality checks, including testing, assessing products in the compounding suites (“shop floor”) to ensure product acceptability.
Perform line clearance, where applicable.
Perform AQLs during the visual inspection process
Provide reports and trending data to QA management
Support departments in reporting, handling and escalation of investigations
Support external manufacturer non-conformance investigations to improve Quality processes.
Manage product retain samples.
Support change control system to provide improvement solutions
Support quality processes in the pharmacy - including inspections, pH meters and scale checks, non-conformance/deviation/complaint investigations, implement corrective action activities, training activities, etc.
Document & review of records: SOP generation, batch record review, COA acceptance, USP monographs, etc.
Recommend training needs, provide reports to QC Manager and Lead Pharmacist to ensure compliance with quality standards
Assist with incoming raw material inspections, as needed per the guidelines for collection, testing, and reporting quality data.
Assist with drafting SOPs and protocols to follow internal global policies, USP and other applicable regulatory guidelines
Ensures compliance with USP , USP , USP and cGMP cleaning standards
Assist in audit activities with all appropriate third party audits & internal audits as required to ensure compliance.
Assist with the management of samples to be tested with contract laboratories.
You Have:
B.S. in chemistry, microbiology, biology, quality management, engineering, or related discipline
2+ years experience in the area of quality assurance/control, process/quality engineering, and/or product formulation
A Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain one within the first six months of employment (we cover costs and will help you obtain your trainee hours).
Experience within a 503b outsourcing facility or experience in cGMP or regulated environment with knowledge of FDA 21CFR 210 and 211, a plus
Aseptic processing experience and knowledge of ISO 14644
Working knowledge of USP-NF standards , , including monographs
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong time management and organizational skills.

Conditions of Employment:
This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown, and other items as required.

At the start of each workday, you'll be assigned to one of the production lines. If working on a solo line, you'll oversee filling and case-packing. This can be a can or box label with a misprint, a lid that isn't on properly, a cardboard case with a loose flap, or any number of other things. You will also periodically pull cans to weigh them and make sure the filling equipment is working to our weight parameters. You will also do changeovers between various paints, make sure the cardboard machine stays full of cases for packing, and assist anyone else as needed.

Excellent attendance. We can't stress this enough. Operators are the most vital part of this operation.

We're looking for a hands-on Equipment Operator with a sharp eye, steady hands, and a passion for keeping production lines running safely.
What You'll Do:
Operate & care for high-tech gear: fillers and labelers
Fix and care for equipment to keep things smooth and efficient
Execute equipment clean-outs, changeovers, and rinses
Enter product info into our SAP system and keep documentation clean and accurate
Work with maintenance on preventative tasks
Keep a close watch on finished batches, the quality, batch codes, and perfect label placement count
Lead by example in cleanliness, organization, and following safety rules
Train teammates and step in for the Line Lead as needed
Requirements from you:
A High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
Ideally 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience
Comfort around SOPs, Work Instructions, and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Strong communication
Familiarity with SAP and HMI systems? Even better!
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand for extended periods and work around active machinery
Willingness to wear PPE (hairnets, safety glasses, close-toe shoes)

Production OperatorPerforms a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of production processes and responsible for day to day operations associated with the production lines.
Essential Functions
Responsible for overall maintaining of a production line, including starting and stopping of all equipment (palletizers, carton makers, carton sealers, drop packers, injection, etc.) as applicable.
Ability to perform minor adjustments to production equipment as directed. No mechanical work is to be performed without prior approval.
Responsible for accurately completing and updating information forms and logs such as Machine Report, Quality Report, Downtime Report and Carton Top Load Report
Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and actions and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operations. Personal protective equipment is to be used where required.
Housekeeping: maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production, including the break rooms and rest rooms. Bale plastic, cardboard and contaminated bottles when needed; grind bottles when needed.
Raw materials: keep bottle caps, labels, cartons, trays, tray and pallet wraps (plastic rolls), pallet glue for hot melt tanks, slip sheets, etc. in adequate amounts to ensure continuous smooth running of equipment and operation.
Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards; accurately filling out hourly inspection sheets based on overall production quality. Responsible for recognizing and reporting all quality defects immediately.
Ability to work in multiple areas of production with minimal supervision; perform relief duties when required
Ability to troubleshoot minor production equipment issues in all areas and collaborate with maintenance team as necessary.
Understanding of computer systems such as Oracle/MES or current order management system
Comprehension of line flow and manufacturing process to maximize through put
Ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
