Summary
The QC Specialist is responsible for ensuring that incoming parts meet or exceed customer requirements. The incumbent also facilitates new part trials, investigates and reports defects to suppliers, processes quality documents, inputs inspection standards, reports to management on non-conformance trends, determines the department or supplier responsible for non-conformities, and requests corrective actions and containment for supplier defects.

Evaluate nonconforming material and report quality problems to management and relevant parties Assist in development and execution of containment and rework procedures for questionable product quality Create and process MQIRs (request for corrective actions) through the QMS system Read and interpret part drawings as defects arise to check part specifications and inform the supplier if a nonconformity is found Ensure that all non-conforming parts are entered into the SAP system and approve all inspection standards in QMS system Ensure that all inspection standards and documents are up-to-date with changes or revisions Create or update incoming inspection standards and periodic (regular) inspection schedule Perform process audits for supplier qualification or process changes Assist Manager with Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) documents Schedule and facilitate trials for development parts and report results to manager and supplier Process ISIR documents for Engineering Order (EO) changes and 4M changes Claim defect parts for reimbursement, as well as 3rd party inspection invoices for overseas (Korean) parts Process chargeback claim/reclaim for quality-related lost time on production line or at Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Provide continuous improvement through cost reduction methods and improvements in overall quality, process, and design

Who is MOBIS Alabama?

Established in 2002 and operating on nearly 83 acres in Montgomery, Alabama, MOBIS Alabama, LLC is the largest Tier 1 supplier to both Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama (HMMA) and KIA Motor Manufacturing Georgia (KMMG). With a commitment to quality, we pride ourselves on providing state-of-the-art Modules, Assemblies, and genuine Hyundai and KIA after-service parts. We hold both the ISO14001 and IATF16949 Certifications for Environmental Management and Quality Management.

Our process begins in the sprawling 600,000 square-foot Plastics plant where we use injection molding to produce front and rear bumpers, instrument panel frames, and after-service parts. Our bumpers are molded and painted in-house. Bumpers for HMMA are also assembled in-house before transfer to HMMA for final assembly, while bumpers for KMMG are sent to our sister plant in Georgia for assembly. After molding, instrument panel frames move to the Module plant next door where we prepare them to receive additional parts to form a complete Cockpit (dashboard) assembly. Also in the Module building are our front and rear Chassis (vehicle suspension) assembly lines. Here, parts from Tier 2 and 3 suppliers are assembled into completed Chassis modules which are transported to nearby HMMA for final vehicle assembly.

Our Redistribution Center (RDC) supplies genuine Hyundai and KIA after-service parts to dealerships, auto parts stores, and other parts distribution centers. We receive parts from suppliers globally which are distributed across North America to satisfy our customers’ demand for high-quality automotive parts.

Sr Commercial Loan Quality Control Specialist

Job Summary
The Loan Quality Control Specialist will review all new and renewal loans post boarding and funding, for approval, completeness and accuracy including but not limited to CRE, C&I, Syndication and Small Business. Performs a wide variety of tasks related to quality control servicing of commercial loans according to established policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines thus ensuring overall quality and integrity of the Bank's Commercial Loan portfolio. Activities require knowledge of credit approvals, loan documentation and loan systems.

Job Responsibilities:
Reviews daily reports to ensure accurate customer billing, rate review, payment changes, transfers, annual reviews, risk rating changes, escrow, collateral and Borrowing Base. Performs the quality control function at the loan level for new loans and the maintenance on loan modifications. Ensuring they are properly translated into the Core system. Monitors the integrity of data entered into the core system. Ensures accurate processing of payments, loan advance and transaction reversals necessary to maintain the accuracy in the loan core system.
Reports discrepancies found to relevant units and monitors correction as required. Track errors by assigning to responsible unit and report same. For errors requiring corrections, communicate to the applicable unit and monitor the timely correction of same. Assists in the ongoing processing of exception handing by pulling and working entries from tracking reports.
Work with Corporate support departments to ensure procedural consistency, adherence to internal controls (SOX) and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Perform monthly audit of Promissory Notes to ensure completeness.

Job Requirements:
5+ years of commercial servicing, funding or similar C&I / commercial real estate banking background Knowledge and understanding of C&I / commercial real estate loan documentation and structure Knowledge and understanding of legal language included in Commercial Loan Agreements, Notes, Guaranty Agreements, and Entity documents including entity structure Knowledge of general banking operations sufficient to understand loan function Knowledge of current bank regulatory compliance Proficient computer skills including the ability to assimilate new software applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to evaluate documentation and make decisions Ability to multi-task while still maintaining careful attention to detail Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team Ability to organize and prioritize work AFS knowledge required SBA knowledge preferred HS Diploma, GED or Foreign EquivalentBachelor's degree in a related field strongly desired

Internal Use Only: Job Band H-Hourly

Responsible for completing quality control reviews on work items/cases completed throughout the Security Department including in the areas of Fraud Operations, Corporate Investigations, Physical Security, and Cyber Security. Conduct comprehensive reviews of complex and confidential cases to ensure that work completed meets regulatory and procedural requirements including appropriate decisioning and documentation. Makes recommendations and communicates quality results and findings to the Governance Manager, Governance Manager Senior, and Director of Security QC/QA. Works independently to manage quality control/assurance queues and volumes to ensure that due dates are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review work completed in Security to ensure that appropriate decisions/recommendations have been made according to department standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Identify inaccuracies and/or incomplete work. Communicate errors/discrepancies to the appropriate individuals and ensure that corrective action is taken. When appropriate escalate issues to leadership and identify training opportunities.Generate related reports, including findings and trends to management, as required.Identify areas for increased efficiency and make recommendations for change and process improvements.Ensure a high level of quality work that meets internal and regulatory deadlines.Other duties as assigned
