    Essential Responsibilities: * Approve incoming materials by confirming compliance to specifications, conducting visual examination, collecting samples, or rejecting and quarantining unacceptable materials. * Review production runs for compliance. Verify production data for conformance and compliance to key characteristics. * Ensure all production and analytical data entry is complete. * Inspect in-process and finished products and support material release processes or initiate non-conformance documentation. * Generate certificates of test for products * Perform basic quality tasks such as process/product audits, data compilation, record keeping, and report generation. * Participate in internal quality auditing * Candidate must be able to work independently and in a team environment; this person will interface with the quality control team and the manufacturing plant * Follow through on any tasks, assignments or projects that management assigns. * Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. * Work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required * Collect and report quality metrics to management * Track fall back issues in area and work with operations/quality on reduction effort * Create and maintain operational documentation for area. * Cross-train other employees on duties. Qualifications/Requirements: * High School diploma with 3+ years of experience as quality control technician or Associate degree or higher in a science field (Chemistry, Biology, Physics), with 1+ years of experience in a quality role * Schedule is 6:30pm-6:30am (12-hour nights rotating schedule working every other weekend Fri-Sun) * Experience with Quality Inspection Desired Characteristics: * Strong data collection * Able to perform minor trouble shooting on non-compliances * Ability to communicate well individually and in team atmosphere * Good analytical and troubleshooting skills * Good verbal and writing skills * Advanced computer skills This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Job Summary The Quality Lab Measurement Technician is responsible for conducting precise measurements and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Conduct Measurements: Perform accurate measurements using various lab instruments and equipment, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). CMM Programming: Program and operate CMM equipment to perform detailed inspections of precision machined parts. Preferred experience with software such as Zeiss Calypso, Polyworks, or PCDMIS. GD&T Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure accurate measurements and compliance with design requirements. Collaborate with Design Team: Work closely with the design team to understand and apply GD&T principles in the development and inspection of new products. Provide feedback on design feasibility and suggest improvements based on measurement data Quality Testing: Conduct routine measurements and analyses of product samples to detect defects and ensure quality. Data Analysis: Analyze measurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all tests, measurements, and results. Compliance: Ensure all testing procedures comply with industry standards and regulations. Overview The Quality Control Specialist I contributes to the overall success of the organization by ensuring products and services meet customers' expectations, regulatory requirements, project specifications, and the quality control program, The individual is expected to continuous improvement in safety outcomes, operational efficiency and team effectiveness. Responsibilities QC Documentation: The individual will input, maintain and track deficiencies within the QC software system. Site QC Audits: The individual will assist more senior technicians in troubleshooting problems and providing solutions of problems. They will be responsible for visual inspection to ensure the installed product meets project requirements, company standards and local codes. QC Project Reporting: Project reporting involves documenting and communicating the progress, findings and outcomes of quality control activities within the project. Review of Project Documents: This individual will review project documents for accuracy and completeness, checking for errors, inconsistencies, missing information that is related to the project drawings and specifications. Mentoring and Training: The individual will be expected to attend training sessions with the other QC and project team members. Quality Documentation: Managing and maintaining comprehensive documentations of quality control activities, inspections results, weld maps, torque maps and compliance records. Site QC Audits: The individual will be responsible for visual inspection to ensure the installed product meets project requirements, company standards and local codes. Thus, communicating any quality issues or concerns to supervisors, Foreman, and project managers to ensure that we meet customers specifications, local codes and standards. QC Project Reporting: Project reporting involves documenting and communicating project's unresolved issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The individual is responsible for enhancing product quality, reducing waste, optimizing processes, and increasing efficiency. This includes collaborating with project superintendents, Foreman and project managers to implement best practices and quality improvement. Review of project documents: This individual will review project documents for accuracy and completeness, checking for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information. They are responsible for ensuring that quality control processes and products comply with industry standards, local codes and customer specifications. Qualifications Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications 4-year degree in a related field. 2+ years' experience in fabrication shop quality control Quality Control training is required. OSHA 10 20 hours Continuing Education Working knowledge of construction codes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements as it pertains to quality control. Working knowledge of nondestructive testing techniques. Ability to read and understand construction documents (contracts/subcontracts, purchase documents, plans, and specifications.). Ability to act as a specialist in quality control, keeping up with changes in the industry, and updating staff as well as corporate for any necessary procedural updates. Proven ability to supervise, communicate and lead personnel. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment. Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors. Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary. Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience in the layout, fitting, and welding steel pipe and sheet metal. Construction claims experience. Certifications (welding, quality control, nondestructive testing techniques, etc). Expert level knowledge of all welding methods, procedures, and quality control. Working knowledge of all tools and equipment. Travel Requirements 0-5% of the time will be spent traveling to the job site(s)/office locations. Physical Activities Climbing stairs.     Job Description The Quality Technician ensures that all compounded products are manufactured in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and also meet all internal specifications. This position is responsible for performing a number of manual and automated quality assurance checks on in-process products and finished goods. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work and respond to customer demands in a timely fashion are critical requirements of this position. This position is responsible for working collaboratively with other personnel in the Quality Department to ensure the highest quality product is delivered to the consumer. Job Activities and Responsibilities: Collect and send samples of compounded sterile preparations (CSPs) for sterility, potency, and endotoxin testing. Conduct environmental monitoring (e.g., air and surface sampling) in cleanrooms to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Perform visual inspection of finished drug products. Maintain incubation schedules of environmental monitoring sample plates and document results in associated reports and batch records. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all testing and inspections. Ensure all documentation complies with FDA 503B regulations, USP standards, and internal SOPs. Review batch records and verify that all procedures were followed correctly. Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, USP , USP, and other applicable guidelines. Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) when non-conformities are identified. Maintain effective communication and partnership with Operations Management department. Participate in root cause analysis to find the sources of defects or quality problems. Ensure all QC activities comply with FDA 503B requirements and other relevant regulatory bodies. Prepare and review QC sections of regulatory submissions. Under the direction of supervisor/lead, document, initiate, and investigate quality events for deviations and noncompliance. Conduct internal audits and gap analysis of processes, systems, and procedures. Assist with external, regulatory inspections. Maintain quality records (equipment calibration and maintenance, training, deviation and noncompliance investigations, environmental monitoring, Certificate of Analysis, clean room certification etc.). Maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products. Receive, store, and log in samples for testing analysis.
