Responsibilities: Perform quality control testing on in-process samples and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Perform packaging line audits to ensure conformance to finished product standards for packaging components, labeling, date coding, and product integrity. Monitor and ensure compliance with 21 CFR 110 cGMP's (current Good Manufacturing Practices) Collect and evaluate finished product samples to insure product standard. Verify effective sanitization of equipment as need (swab and visual inspection) Conduct routine and non-routine analyses using various laboratory techniques and equipment. Identify any defects, malfunctions, or deviations from specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues. Maintain accurate documentation of all testing activities and results. Recommend and implement corrective actions to prevent future quality issues. Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to process optimization. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area. Cross train with QC Receiving technician.
