Minimum Requirements: * Associate or Bachelor's degree in a STEM related field (or equivalent trade school/military experience) * Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) and be willing to move to different shifts and work overtime to support business operations. * Minimum of 2 years of experience using personal protective equipment (PPE) and safely handling gases and chemicals in a controlled environment. This role focuses primarily on detecting defects, documenting findings, and supporting corrective actions. Accountabilities: Conduct inspections at all stages of manufacturing, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards. Identify defects and deviations, documenting findings accurately for the production team. Communicate inspection results with production teams in real time and during production meetings. Support containment and corrective actions when quality issues are identified. Assist in maintaining calibration and documentation of measuring tools. Required Knowledge/Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection. High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
