Receive phone calls from various parts of the dairy and plant, multitasking to ensure products and samples are processed correctly and efficiently. Essential Skills Experience in quality assurance and quality control. Proficiency with lab instrumentation in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of chemistry, biology, and microbiology. Familiarity with GMP, QC, titration, inspection, and analytical chemistry. Data entry skills. Work Environment This position is based onsite at the Elma facility.
